I asked for a bouquet for 35-40$ I spoke to the designer about what I would like and the cost as well. When I picked it up, it was 47$. When I called about the discrepency, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, interupted me as I was talking and hung up on me. There is more but for this reason alone, I will never use this florist again!

For Mother's Day, my husband ordered a bouquet of roses via FTD. I was supposed to get 10 pink spray rose stems and 10 pink 40cm rose stems and an ivory ribbon. Owen's Flower Shop delivered an arrangement with 2 red roses, 2 hydrangea blooms, some gerber daisies, carnations and snap dragons. You'd have to count some of the greenery to get to the total 18 stems... never mind that I specifically wanted roses. FTD does allow substitutions, but the policy says that for single type bouquets like roses, they will try to give you the same flower, you just might get a different color. If they do use different flowers, they are supposed to be of equal or greater value. These were not. We didn't get very far with our initial complaints to FTD. However, after a couple of days some of the flowers were already starting to wilt, so I called FTD and invoked the 7 day guarantee. They asked Owen's to send out a replacement, but Owen's apparently declined, because FTD ended up issuing a refund. At least my husband got his money back (thanks to FTD), but the whole experience was very disappointing.

I have received plants from this shop as well as had my own creations designed! They were very friendly as well as informative on teaching me how to handle and care for the flowers and plants. Even their delivery people are extremely nice.
