I was a new customer until after one service it became apparent this company has poor workmanship and poor customer service. Drop off my clothes in October for service, they were return in unsatisfactory condition. Sweaters had wrinkles and tiny holes in the sweaters. My slacks had too much heat applied, left a shiny finish on the fabrics. Also, a pair of my slacks were damaged from too much heat applied to the waist band. File a complaint and was reassure it would be resolved to my satisfaction. Owner deflected told me, the slacks were made of cheap fabric and that why the white substance was on the waist band. After 3 weeks of inquiry about my slacks their were return, no resolution with no explanation. Made an inquiry to the clerk on duty and she looked at me with a stoic expression, still no explanation. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this cleaners.

Put white and cream color linen clothing in for cleaning. Both pieces came back with 17 brown spots all over them. After several recleaning attempts, came back with more spots in different locations. Original bill was $8.00, that knocked it down to $6.00. They want me to pay for them destroying my clothes. Wow....what a cleaners. Will never use them again. Tried to negotiate a fair price. My clothes are still in the cleaners. I refuse to pay for their mistake. Just hope the court system works.

I would not recommend this dryclearns. On 2 separate occasions my clothes came back smelling like a locker room and it was not your standard cleaning solution!
