P F Chang's China Bistro

This is my favorite resturant. This particular location has great atmosphere and quality food. The servers are friendly as well. Check 'em out this is a great location.

My friend and I ordered chicken lettuce wraps and the rice noodles were stuck/clumped together! The food isn't authentic; it is nasty and overpriced. My friend ordered takeout from them several times because he lives near them and one time, he found a clump of hair in his food. He wanted his money back but the staff offered a gift card instead. He had to talk to the manager who also offered a gift card. My friend only wanted his money back because he wasn't going to eat there anymore! Service is good when dining in but that doesn't make up for the food - which SHOULD be the ONLY IMPORTANT reason why people go out to eat.

Nice decor, but crowded, loud, and dark. Food is pretty good but takes longer, I think, than it should to be served.

My boyfriend and I have eaten at this particular location several times before. We arrived at 2:20 in the afternoon. No lunch rush was present.As we sat down, the family of 4 next to us were experiencing problems with their entire visit.We finally got our drinks 13 minutes after we got there.The appetizer came fairly quickly following the drinks. We waited another 38 minutes for our food to arrive.This was only after I called the waitress over to ask what was taking so long on just the soup that came with the meal! The unintelligent manager half approached our table to ask how everything was AS the waitress was bringing our food out, then proceeds to ask the waitress "what is the hold up" right in front of us. The waitress became extremely condescending the rest of our visit.She offered a "shot" dessert that we turned down. She then brought the bill with a free appetizer card inside. We paid our bill along with a 30% tip attached and left the appetizer card on top.We were insulted for the continuous push of the "free" stuff whereas a sincere apology would have sufficed. The couple that took the place of the original unhappy family had received a free appetizer because they had a problem also. Not only is the waitress to blame in this situation, but also the manager and the entire aura of the restaurant that was supposed to be controlled by the manager. He was too busy hanging out the hostess stand. With the terrible service and almost inedible food, we will not go back.

Next to the second largest mall in the US, P.F. Changs really is wonderful. The food is high quality, tastes' great, and isn't very expensive. Two giant hoarse staues stand to greet people while they walk in. The paintings inside show the beauty of the Chinese culture. The host or hostess and the waiters and waitresses are very respectful and always provide assistance. When you're done eating, you can venture into the astonishing mall or after the walk in the mall, you can settle down at P.F. Changs for a romantic dinner.
