The hot and soup is wonderful, and the food is all good. I have tried over 10 things on the menu, and never had a bad meal. Also, does not have alot of msg or too much soy sauce like some Chinese food. Highly recommend double pan fried noodles and chicken w/almond and cashews.

Great food here. Not a traditional Chinese restaurant - the food has a bit of California flair to it. The portions are really big and we always get a few dishes and then share them all, family style. I like the sauces that they creat tableside...very tasty!

This is definitely not a typical Chinese restaurant. PF Chang's has a creative flair with a heavy American influence in their dishes - but they are absolutely wonderful! My favorite is the shrimp with walnuts and honeydew melon. Great sauces!!! We've always had impecable service too!

As a person with Asian heritage, I tend to expect more from a restaurant that serves Asian cuisine. P.F. Chang is definitely not so typical Asian/Chinese restaurant, it's better. The staff is very professional. The food is consistent and delicious. I did not see a single Asian working in the kitchen, but dishes are well prepared for targeted customers. It's a pleasant surprise.

P.f. Chang is a wonderful oriental restaraunt with lots of really nice choices of food, the last time I went there I had the ribs they offer, Fantastic!!!

Had a good meal, my grandmother's dish was too spicy, not the servers fault I got shrimp instead of what I ordered, Scallops.Re-order took longer than the original order Manager was nice, gave us dessert. There is nothing they can do about the crowds. I do NOT recommend eating during Rush, weekend dinner time. Beautiful atmosphere is ruined by the Waffle House type, get em in get em out routine, but what do you do it does have some of the best food on the block....

I have always loved P F Chang's restaraunt since I first tried it 2 years ago and I have stuck with my mainstay of chicken lo mein but it has not been good here. I have called and spoke to a manager whenever I get it the noodles are stuck together and it has lost that great flavor, even though I continue to get it. The manager explained that they have changed the recipie and offered a certificate which I used again for my chicken lo mein but it is still not good and am sorry to say that I will no longer eat it because whatever they did different changed the whole dynamic of the dish. It is unfortunate because besides the lettuce wraps I had to cut my addiction to lo mein. My husbands sticks with his usual which is Chang's Spicy chicken and it has always been great. This is a great restaraunt and am sorry they are changing due to making the cook time faster because they are so busy. They are so busy because the food is good, please don't start to cut corners for faster service!!!

I've tried lettuce wraps at other chain restaurants and PF Chang's is the best. I've only been there for lunch but there is always a wait and it's a little noisy inside (they have outside seating which is nice), but the food is always good.
