I needed to have the cracked screen on an Acer Netbook fixed. Phil, in the Leafmore area near Oak Grove, responded immediately to my call for service. He is very conscientious and very thorough and very honest and gives great service for a quite reasonable price. He will bend over backwards to accommodate you. He found a replacement screen for me at a good price very quickly. When he installed the new screen, he also checked the PC for any crapware, malware, or viruses for free. He found that the PC was running too slowly, determined the problem, and loaded optimization tools to help the user keep the PC running smoothly, for free. He brought the PC to my house.

Phil's services were just what I needed to determine the severity of my laptop's problem. If I'd gone anywhere else, I might have obtained the same diagnosis, but at a much greater cost. In my case, it appears I have a circuit level problem which requires more expensive analysis somewhere else (to find, for example, an electrical short or open circuit). This type of repair could end up being equal to the cost of a new laptop.

Phil really helped us out of jam with our office computers. Rather than spending 5 hours online with another service provider. Phil was in and out of our office within 1.5-hours of my call with all our networking issues resolved at a great price! Great!

I somehow downloaded a virus. Phil not only cleaned it up but cleaned up my computer, and then showed me how to keep it clean. The computer is running like new again. He was very professional, knowledgeable and able to communicate with a non-techy! Can't recommend him enough.
