Another thumbs up for Brandi at Petco. She groomed our Bedlington terriers recently and did a fantastic job! And they aren't the most cooperative dogs in the world when it comes to grooming. We will return!

I went to PETCO on Memorial day and had looked at the ferrets. Cedric wanted to give me a discount with ferrets (130? to 102) and cage (200 to 150 ). There was a clearance cat furniture for 41 and it was dirty and used so he let me pay for it only $24.99. He was so nice and everyone worked there seemed synchronized and worked very well as a team in customer service. They all checked up on me while closing to see if I had needed anything or had any questions. I usually don't go to PETCO but since I'm new in town that was the closest pet store near where I lived. I need to add while arriving 30 minutes before closing every one seemed so welcoming. I would go there only if CEDRIC the assistant manager was there. Plus their ferrets looked healthier than the ones I've seen before at a different Petco in Atlanta I stopped by for a dog adoption gathering.

I have been going to this location for about 3 years. Their groomer, Brandi is excellent. She is patient and gentle with my "special needs" dogs and has a very pleasant attitude.

Their customer service is excellent also. I returned some recalled dog food and they did not ask for a receipt or ask any questions. When I told them that another food I had bought there which was NOT recalled, had still made my dogs sick, they told me to bring it back too. No questions asked - just took care of my problem. This is the way Customer Service is supposed to work!
