POPS Landscaping corrected a property irrigation and erosion problem with an attractive solution. They proposed creative ideas and materials, completing the job on-time and to plan. The job site was kept clean and the owner came on-site to be sure I was completely satisfied.

After moving into a home that is serviced by POPS Landscaping I have tried to contact them many times and cannot get them to return my phone calls. I have met with them at my home for replacement of bushes under a plant health care plan and for planting of spring flowers and have had no response at all in over a month! I have called a few times and nothing. After a few calls and complaints about not return phone calls all I get is that "they are very busy"! I would not recommend them at all.

We hired POPS to install a water feature in the backyard and to regrade the terrain to correct erosion of existing garden walkways. The owner, D.Gatti, was on site throughout the project. He was terrific to work with as the project developed - including changes! Our stream and new landscape are incredible. Most importantly, David's professionalism and guarantee of his work is the best that we have encountered. His prices are worth the above-average products that he installs.

They do good work and it looks good but you will pay a high price for it. I paid close to $70K for a waterfall and pond. I knew I was over paying but got sucked into the moment. That was my mistake. But after you spend that much money, you would think good follow up service. Not here. I have been trying to get them to come out to fix a major leak in the waterfall and pond for the past two years. First attempt - I placed a service call and waited 3 weeks with no call back. So I called and complained but by this time I was so irritated I didn't want them to come out. Second attempt - they told me they have to charge me a service call fee. I just paid them $70K and they want to charge me more money to come out to just inspect the problem which I was told they offered a lifetime warranty on the workmanship? Third attempt - placed a service call two weeks ago. I was told someone would call me back to schedule a date. Still waiting. Should I hold my breath?

POPS has done two jobs for us. Both times they translated our ideas into beautiful visions. On both jobs the hardscape and plantings turned out even better than we envisioned and their installation was right on time and budget. It's really great to find a service that really delivers on their promise.

the price on their quote was REALLY high (at least double what others are quoting), but the assistant manager was very knowledgeable about all areas of landscaping. If they came down in the price, I'd definitely use them.

Last March, my neighbor was burning leaves in his back yard and lost control of the fire. Half of my backyard was destroyed before the fire was extinguished. A large portion of the junipers surrounding my back porch, among other things, were destroyed and it looked pretty hopeless to me. I'm an avid gardener and I was heartbroken. I immediately called POPS Landscaping as I had seen them many times on HGTV. Everyone that I spoke to at Pops was wonderful!! Scott Stultz, Director of Operations, came to my home to review the damages, at no charge, and then prepared a timely estimate of damages for the insurance company. Scott even spoke to the adjuster for me!! I can't say enough good things about him!!! The work is completed now and everyone that sees it, is so impressed. I am absolutely thrilled! In addition to the repair work, I also had a flagstone patio installed with flagstone stairs leading to the lower portion of the yard. It looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased. If you want the very best.....call POPS Landscaping!!!!

After talking with several companies and not being impressed with any of them or their prices, we contacted Pops Landscaping. Scott came up with the most beautiful idea for our back yard and Tommy and his crew came out and made it real. This is the most patient and understanding company I have EVER had to deal with. Melanie in the office was so sweet every time I asked for something over email, Scott was always very responsive and Tommy just made our yard look amazing! I HIGHLY commend this team for an excellant job and excellant customer satisfaction. Best in the business by far!!!

While checking out some services I just couldn't pass up the oppourtunity to comment on my one and only experience with Pops. Several years ago a friend of mine used them for some hardscape work in her yard. It looked good, she was happy and so I decided to give them a call to see if they could handle a project at my house. I needed a 10 to 15 ft sidewalk built in the back of my house. When I contacted their office they said they did not take on any work under $5000. I have no idea how much the project would cost but they never offered to even come out to look and the comment totaly turned me off to them. Since then I have moved to a new home and have had several outside projects done that far exceed $5000 but they sure lost me on the first phone call. With the economy in a slump, whenever I see one of their trucks I wonder if they're ready to eat a little humble pie.

Scott and Tommy were the ones who designed and created our new backyard after another company had done such a bad job before. Scott came up with a great layout for our yard and Tommy executed it beautifully. Along the way we ran into a few issues that needed to be cleaned up and they came and fixed those with no problems. I highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a beautiful yard and people who you can trust to get the job done right.

It is with great pleasure that I write a raving review for POPS Landscaping. We selected POPS for our landscaping project because during our bid process we were provided a fantastic drawing that portrayed exactly what we had envisioned for our backyard at what we felt was a very reasonable price. We also felt that Scott Stultz was someone we could definitely work with on a project of this size. He was very professional, very responsive and very knowledgable. Scott spent a significant amount of time helping us understand our design and color options before the work started. He was very hands on throughout the entire process as was promised and was always available when we had any type of question. The work crew (led by Horatio)worked very hard every day to get the project done on time and within budget! We get lots of compliments on the work that was done and have been happy to tell people that POPS Landscaping is who we contracted with for the job. POPS delivered exactly what was expected and we could not be happier with our new backyard.

Don and I are delighted to recommend POPS Landscaping. David Gatti, the CEO, impressed us from the start with his creativity and professionalism. The team assigned to our project, led by Paul, was punctual, attentive to details, and tidy at the end of each day. Throughout the project, we felt David was generous with supplies, always providing us with a little more or a little better than we expected. After the final walk-through, David sent another staff member, Lee, to address a few problem areas. Lee offered helpful suggestions and worked quickly and thoroughly to fix the issues. We are also impressed with the office staff that provided us with updated contracts and scheduling. Thanks to the entire staff at POPS for making our landscaping experience so successful.

We obtained 3 bids and POPS was first to call us back. They presented a great, functional hardscape design along with landscape plantings that would thrive in our patio's environmental conditions. After agreeing on details, POPS immediately priced everything out and we settled on a start date. The work was done as promised on time and within budget. The walk through resulted in a "no quibble" punch list of follow-up items. The patio looks great.
