It is without hesitation that I write a very favorable review for Pops Landscaping. We selected Pops for our landscaping project initially because of the unique design, their commitment to meet my aggressive timeline and I had a good feeling about Scott Stultz who managed the overall project. Scott spent a significant amount of time helping me to understand the complex design pre and post sale. Without question, Pops undercommitted and overdelivered. Pops overwhelmed me & my husband with the outcome of the project. The work crews employed by Pops worked tirelessly everyday and were very cordial and professional. Horatio, who led the crews was always willing to adjust the plans where necessary and demonstrated incredible leadership and always checked in to ensure the outcome met our expectation. Today, we have an incredible front & back yard and a day doesn't go by without our neighbors giving us a thumbs up. We are so glad we chose Pops to fulfill our landscaping vision. In fact, we asked them to re-pave our driveway, design our front yard and help us with the lighting. I couldn't be any happier and I will look to recommend Pops to anyone with landscaping needs.

Agree whole heartedly with the "beklein" review! If I could rate lower I would. Great sales pitch followed by poor (old)products, installation, service, and communication. Building code issues. Almost a year and not done! Walked off job. Heading to court.

Using POPS could not have been a better experience. The design was unique and creative, the execution of the plan was so fast, and the customer service has been tremendous from start to finish. Every question or issue has been met with a can do attitude very quickly. I have already referred two friends to POPS and would not hesitate to pass their name to anyone. I got 7 quotes for the project, did my homework with referrals, and definitely made the right decision. My wife and I thought we would only be able to get a play space for our children, but POPS gave us a beautiful backyard that is functional for everyone. I highly recommend this company.....and a firepit.

My experience with Pops Landscaping was better than expected. They performed a rather large landscape design job and did it well. They managed to install waterfeatures, reroute irrigation, and install several large boulders as accent pieces all without disrupting the flow of our clientele. A job this large could have disrupted the parking lot of our business, however with POPS Landscaping this was never an issue. They performed the job within the timeline they said and even had follow up visits and phone calls to assure my satisfaction.

We would just like to say, "Thank You To All", who participated in constructing our beautiful new front stoop, dry creek bed and stack stone retaining wall. Our Crew was wonderful. Everything ran on schedule, arriving at 7 A.M. to get an early start. We can't forget Scott Schultz, who was very helpful in assisting me, making the right color choice for the flagstone to use on the front stoop, and how to relocate brushes. It is so nice to work with a company that has good leadership, which in turn makes everything move correctly from start to finish. Today, it is very hard to find good companies you can trust and also work with. P.O.P.S. Landscaping surpassed all of our expectation, and now we are going to have them overhaul our backyard in the near future. Again, thank you so much for our beautiful yard!!

I can't say enough about the quality of people and the company. The work was excellent but the attention to detail is beyond what I expected. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This included removing some boxes I was planning to throw away that had nothing to do with the landscaping. After they were finished everything was cleaned. They surpased my expectations.

Bad experience. Good design but poor business practices led to very unhappy experience and added thousands of dollars in legal expenses. Did not communicate well, was not timely during the project, and expected extra money near the end for unsupported items. Seemingly nice people who turned out to be irresponsible, bordering on fraudulent.

Unfortunately during the course of our business experience this has been one situation that no matter how hard we tried to make the client happy, we were unable to do so. We did learn a lot from this experience and because of it not only made personelle changes, but some contractual changes and systematic changes within our company structure to prevent misunderstandings like this one from happening in the future. This particular project still (as bad as the client makes it sound) was featured on HGTV's groundbreakers dozens of times, as well as won many awards for the creative design and quality of installation. It was even featured on a National Concrete Company's calendar as one of the most outstanding concrete jobs in the country that particular year. I think the thousands of other clients who refer us business every year as well as our A rating in Home Reports (who audits our files and interviews hundreds of our customers randomly each year) speaks volumes about our ethics and customer satisfaction rating. We also have a clean record with the BBB. Our #1 goal is and always has been the satisfaction of our customers. Our business proceedures are based on that!
David Gatti, CEO, came for a preliminary consultation and presented us with a working sketch in 90 minutes. POPS listened to our desires and provided us with an innovative landscape package. Work was completed in a timely manner; the workers were extremely competent and willing to go to any lengths to see that we were satisfied. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We had the typical suburban Atlanta backyard. Our house really is too big for the lot, and the lot is on a slope with drainage problems. Our backyard could have been considered a negative for our property. It is not that way anymore. We had four landscape companies come to our home to share their initial thoughts with us. We decided to pay two of them for their full landscape plan. While both plans were good, I must say that POPS plan was unique and had that WOW factor. David Gatti truly is an expert at his craft. Our backyard is truly unbelieveable. The only negative that I have was the wrap up process. They scheduled the job for 4 days, and they were sticking to that, period. The few unfinished items were handled as service work, due to the crew that was working with us being scheduled on another job. The stuff did get done, and we are very happy with the results. POPS is also not a "fly by night" operation, so I feel confident that the warranties that they offer will be upheld. The people at POPS are very professional and responsive.
