Responding to Wild Hog. PR Diamond took the saw back and repaired saw completely. Did not charge customer any fees to do so. We also gave this customer the option to trade in the saw and we would put the full price of the old saw towards a new Husqvarna walk behind saw. Customer denied this option and took the saw back. PR Diamond did provide its best customer service to this client; however, unsure of how the equipment is being used, we cannot make this customer happy. After 4 years of owning the saw we still did the repairs at n/c even though it was out of warranty.

Recently bought a PR brand walk behind saw. It did not make 2 hrs and belts wore out and hinge fell apart. Was sent a "repaired" hinge and pully that was worse than the one I sent back. Repaired hinge didn't last 2 hrs and fell apart. Company says there is nothing wrong with unit. Also was to receive a $200 gift certificate upon purchase, two months and several phone calls later, I still have not received the gift certificate. BUYER BE WARE!!!! I have done business with them for 8 years but i am done after this, even though they have good blades.

I got A MK Diamond Blade and it stoped doing the jobe after three days then I got a PR Diamond Blade and it workes Great one blade Last me two weeks of hard use if you are looking for good blades this is the place to go there stuff are verry knowing and will get you what you need I got a Brick saw that made me think so ya PR Diamond the best I have seen so far
