- We were under contract to have two coats of paint on both the outside and inside. They did not apply two coats of paint and when I told the Manager of the company she didn't seem to care. They do one coat of paint and rely on you to catch any areas needing touch up - there are a good bit. - I had to argue with the painters on multiple occasions for them to remove the gutter downspouts and paint behind them. They really did not want to do this. - They wanted to leave the job early some days and I was told by their painter they had left another job the prior week and needed to finish that job. I had to call the headquarters to make sure they would stay longer to keep the project on track. - The person giving estimates and doing the contract does not write anything down when you are giving him a guide through the house, then he misses things you wanted painted and when you bring it up tells you "you should have caught that in the contract". - They did not finish on time - They only used two guys to paint the entire place and I imagine made a lot of profit as a result - however, my home was not finished as agreed. - They would take things out of the contract without telling you - example they were supposed to re-tape and paint the garage but they later took the paint out when I asked for a different modification to the contract and they didn't tell me. As a result, I'm painting my garage this week.
We had a very big job which included painting the outside and inside of the home in order to ready it for market.

I hired Pro Painting and Remodeling to paint my new home. A total of 7200 sq. feet including ceilings, so it was a very large job and was not cheap! The crew that came was polite, but they lacked professional painting skills. I was assured by Renato that they would patch/sand all surfaces to make sure they are smooth and smooth just did not happen. The lines along the trim were crooked and smudged. Drips of paint show on many of the walls. I'm not sure if it was just bad subs? I paid extra for Harmony no VOC painting and they used strong odor VOC paint in my baby's room of all places on day one. Renato promised to make it right. Several rooms were painted the wrong colors or glossy instead of matte and vice versa. One 2-man crew was amazing-Unfortunately they painted only our laundry room and touched up other areas in the house, the next guy that came for touch up was terrible and touched up with the wrong colors or was very sloppy and left without us even checking the work! There was paint drops on railings, floors, sinks, etc. that I had to clean up. I was so disappointed, but after all their attempts to fix things, I didn't want them back in my house as it might mean even more work for me to fix it up. I complained to the business and they did try to make things right giving me $300 back, but that's not even 2% of what I paid. Stick with a painting company that doesn't have subs and has in house quality skilled painters.

I needed multiple rooms in my house painted ASAP. They were incredibly responsive, squeezed me in right away and did a fantastic job! A designer was included in the fee. She came out and measured for the estimate, came back to help me choose paint colors, and came back when it was finished to make sure I was pleased and everything was just right. All of this before I paid a thing! So impressed with this company and will definitely use them again!

Pro Painting and Remodeling was a wonderful company to have paint our house. They were very professional and informative from the very start to finish. They walked me thru every step of the process, were prompt to start as well as finish the job, and provided the utmost quality painting. Best of all I didn't have to pay a deposit up front. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job and indeed I am!
