Review of Probe Service
I have used Probe Data Solutions for over two years for every type of computer service, from printers, to database, to all types of internet services. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. I have never had a problem with anything they worked on. I would recommend them completely.

Professional Data Recovery Service
My computer went to a black screen and would not boot up. The professionals at Probe Data Solutions ran some tests and confirmed that it was a bad hard drive. I got a new hard drive and Probe Data made a copy of my data off my bad hard drive and placed it back on my new hard drive. My laptop now runs as if it were a new computer. All my data was recovered in short period of time. Great work, will recommend them to everyone!

Data Recovery and Hardware Replacement
All of my network equipment took a major hit from lightning. Probe Data Solutions analyzed my hardware to assess the damage. Not only were they able to recover critical data from my drives they also provided me with options for replacing my hardware.
I ended up with better hardware than I had originally for less than I originally spent and it was only 6 months old. To top off the whole experience, they worked directly with my insurance company and made it completely hassle free for me. From the time I dropped off my equipment, I had a new fully configured system/server in 4 days. Simply amazing!
