Got job & home offer same day. Had to move within two weeks and had not rented intown for over 20 years so I had a pretty tall order near job: no fiberglass tubs, hardwoods to reuse carpets, unrealistic price range. But Eri gently led me into market in an afternoon before setting me loose & sure enough, one of her early recommendations I had slammed, eventually became my convenient home near job. They know the market even better than locals. And I'm so glad all the options I'd tossed, she insisted go in the left side of my folder because when all else failed and I just drove around area I wanted to live in...sure enough, Eri's flyer was there. She's gold!!

I moved to Atlanta from Maryland and i had no idea how to begin my search. A friend mentioned promove and Travis Leach helped me create a portfolio. Without that portfolio i don't know what iwould have done. He was professional, efficient and responsive. Please use promove!

Topher was a great help. He pulled a number of choices and helped us with all the questions we had. Called us to check on our progress, and was glad that we found a place. We have told many folks about ProMove..and the story always goes to how much Topher helped us.
We walked in and someone greeted us immediately. Within two minutes Scott came to us ready to assist. He truly demonstrated insider knowledge of the apartment complexes in the areas we were looking to live in and shared his experience of the ones who would be more likely to offer us a place based on our circumstances. He saved us hours of work, and said he will follow-up with us to get prices on several other complexes on the next business day. Overall, using Promove beats searching through Craigslist or any of the other online sites if you're looking to save time, benefit from knowledge of a local expert, and find quality properties. We will use this company again!

I have used Promove before and was a returning customer because of their great service. My husband and I had our appointment late in the day and got a little lost trying to find this location because we are not familiar with the area. Promove helped us find our way and our representative, Madeline, stayed after closing to help us finish our profile. She gave us advice about how to select our next home. And when we showed her our list of priorities she quickly made adjustments to our options. We utilized the online profile to search through properties and select favorites. We supplemented PROMOVE's suggestions with a search for online reviews of each place - very good idea, I highly recommend so you can see the 'best' and 'worst' each place has to offer. Our only complaint was that PROMOVE does not typically list smaller complexes - which is more about who advertises with PROMOVE. Once you know an area you might be ok without this kind of service, but they can most definitely get you into an new area that suits your needs. After viewing a few properties we found our new home. We were anticipating a long and time consuming process of relocating from Midtown to the burbs but thanks to PROMOVE we found an area that suits our taste and doubled our square footage in just a few weeks. Vinings is a great area if you love Midtown and the Highlands.

Sometimes you can find a few good leads here, and the people seemed to get paid based on how many apartment seekers they can match with apartments, so the staff is very aggressive in searching for you. This aggression is not always in your favor. They're more aggressive about hounding you about whether you found anything than they are about finding you a good deal. I know people that have had luck with them, but not me.
