OMG! Patrick was amazing. He is totally dedicated to his business. No matter how many times I reached out to him, he was there for me and answered promptly. We hired Patrick to cater our Family Reunion Picnic. He was on site there way before the event started setting up. The food was awesome! There was more than enough, he supplied so much more than we requested. We had enough to go back for thirds. The ribs were fabulous, tastey and just melted in your mouth. The side dishes were just great too. Everyone complimented the food. His price is very affordable. I will use this caterer for all my needs and will also recommend his services to all. Patrick is a very good Christian man and may God continue to Bless him.

We hired Chef Patrick for our NYE dinner for about 15 close friends. It was simply amazing and we have already told him the job is his for next year (hopefully he won't be too busy!). Thank you for taking on our event at the last minute, working out the menu details with us, and being impeccably professional the entire time! It was SO wonderful to be able to relax during our fun evening & not worry about the oven and presenting the dishes, etc. Patrick & his lovely wife took care of everything!! We are giving his information to our friends who do a lot of entertaining, and we certainly plan to invite them back in our home for special events. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I wanted to have my family Christmas dinner catered this year. Having 6 women agree on food was a challenge. My mother was paying for the event and all our husbands and family had opinions on the menu. Chef Patrick Matthews was great! He gave us some options and when we finally decided on beef tenderloin for the main entree he even got all the different meat 'doneness' figured out and perfect. Everyone was amazed that their meat was done just the way they wanted. There was plenty of very tasty sides dishes that were incredible and so much food we had plenty for a second go round after the gifts were all opened. His price is extremely affordable! We couldn't have gone to a nice restaurant and served 22 people for what he charged. He showed up on time and hand cut and served the meat. It was a very enjoyable time for my family and I am so very glad I used this Caterer. I would recommend him to anyone! You won't be dissapointed.

Patrick's magic is "Simply Divine". A sensational Thanksgiving dinner of mouth watering turkey, gravy, dressing, and fresh cranberries. It was delicious and enjoyed by all. I can't wait to experience his magic again at Christmas!

Chef Matthews prepared a special meal for my husband and I to celebrate my husband's birthday. This was THE BEST I've ever eaten, hands down. The Elk was PERFECT and melted in my mouth! The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and cooked so it didn't have the texture about it that I don't like - I didn't even notice I was eating shrimp because it just tasted so good! The soup was amazing and rich with so many flavors, as was the salad - tart and sweet and crunchy all in the same bite! The veggies were perfectly seasoned and the sweet potato mash was like eating heaven. Everything was so creative and well thought out - a taste from each part of the meal extended into the next course. It was sensational!

For Christmas I hired Patrick as a private chef for my in laws. With my father in law being a former chef, I know his standards are super high... so I took a chance and was COMPLETELY impressed with his professionalism and attention to quality. He was very friendly and a hit with my in laws. They loved the food and had a great time. Thanks Patrick!

Chef Patrick catered my husbands family Christmas gathering this year. We wanted time to spend with each other instead of in the kitchen. He made an incredible meal that fed 30 of us and plenty of leftovers ( thank goodness ). His dressing is awesome and sweet potato mash was like heaven! He is very professional and the price is so affordable that I will defintiely use hime again. My only regret was I didn't know about him a few months back when I had my son's graduation party catered by Sonny's BBQ. It would have been a much better event if I had known about and been able to use Chef Patrick!

I have known Patrick and have used Pablo's and Auggie's services for over the past six years for all my gastronomic necessities. From cozy candle lit dinners for my husband and me to extravagant, elaborate affairs for 250 of our closest friends. I have traveled extensively and believe his food to be unsurpassed any where in the world: his service and staff impeccable. Patrick is very down to earth and easily approachable, but when it's show time he's all business with an eye for detail and a flare for cutting edge design. Over the course of the past few years Patrick has become family, cooking most of our daily meals, a feat that is beyond my imagination with all that is on his plate. I have given Patrick carte blanche when it comes to menu planning and he has rewarded our family time after time with his repertoire and proficiency never skipping a beat with our varied dietary needs and eclectic palates. It is an honor and a pleasure to highly endorse Chef Patrick and Pablo's and Auggie's.

He's not afraid to take the risks making dining an adventure, but with the savvy, patience, and gentleness to make you feel at ease. My husband and I think Patrick is a master! So talented!

Our party couldn't have been better! It was executed with perfection. Chef Matthews is a genius, he was like watching Mozart or Picasso in action... so effortlessly... such passion with an obstinate, unwavering attention to detail. The food is by far one of the best in Atlanta.
Whether "Chef Patrick" is preparing food for an awards party or an intimate gathering, his attention to detail is evident. The food he prepares is delicious and beautifully presented. This is not your run-of-the-mill caterer. He can even turn everyday foods into a gourmet treat; I'm particularly fond of his tuna salad.
Pablo & Auggie's and Chef Matthews did a fantastic job for our last corporate event -- unique dishes, incredible flavor, & artful presentation mad the event a huge hit. I can't recommend them highly enough!
