Gina and Vance have just finished my project. We are thrilled. Such great value we were able to do other things besides the kitchen hardwood that we originally had planned. The tiling design was wonderful. Such a benefit having a designer as the project manager. Great ideas without spending a fortune. Best part was leaving for vacation and coming home and everything was finished.(Gina fed my cat too, that was a bonus. Small punch out list was completed immediately. We are looking forward to our next project in a couple of weeks. "Gina Guys" are all a pleasure to work with.

Gina Pace came to my Sharpsburg home and worked within my budget to design a kitchen. Because she listened to me, I'm getting exactly what I need for my family. We've just installed the new flooring and it is 100x better. We are so pleased with this one change and looking forward to the rest of the process with Gina and her team. Her follow-through is amazing. She's busy, but she ALWAYS does what she says she will do. I feel that her integrity is solid and the quality of her work is, too.

Pace & Company recently repaired and refinished some old floors, installed and finished some new floors, and tiled a bathroom in our early 1900s home (about 4500 sq ft). Working with Gina and Vance was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, professional, and uniquely responsive throughout the whole process. They handled all the "old house" issues that came up with ease, and never tried to charge us any extra for the unforeseen problems. Our experience with Pace & Company couldn't have been better, and we're looking forward to working with them again soon. We highly recommend them!

I had hardwood floors installed in a den, playroom, bathroom, hall and closet. When the hardwoods in the bathroom began to warp, I called Vance. I told him that there were hollow spots and they needed to be fixed. He told me that water was to blame and I told him that no water had been on the floors. They came out and drilled a hole in the floor ( I think that they picked up people off the street!)and refilled the area leaving an uneven finish to my bathroom floor. I called back immediately ( and various times )as I began to notice that the same hollow feel was in several other places in other rooms. I never heard back from Pace Flooring. I even sent messages to Gina- She never returned phone calls either! I would not recommend them as they do not do good work and do not uphold their guarantee.

I just read the review for Pace Flooring Designs and feel obligated to mention that this one bad experience review is not an isolated instance.

I have money owed to my company by Pace Flooring Designs and incomplete tile work.

Non-responsive and elusive with return phone calls. I would caution new clients to be thorough in dealing with this company.

Make sure you are satisfied before paying for the services,

We now have $1600 owed to our company and have asked for tile to repay for the debt with no response. CAUTION
