Great Service!
I had a technician out to check my furnace that wasn't working and they did a great job! You can actually get a liver person to talk to when you call. From the friendly call center people that called me to let me know the technician was on his way to the actual technician that showed up it was an overall great experience. I would definitely use them again.

Don't fall for it
Like so many other Pacific Aire customers I fell pray to their $250 capacitor trick. Not knowing better I took their word and paid it. Then discovered the thing costs $40 and less than 5 miuntes to replace. A brain surgeon charges less per minute. There are other companies that don't gouge their customers and I recommend you look elsewhere. And yes, I was an Elite member until this happened. Read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau and you will see there are many others that fell for their charades.

Careful..!
I had this company do a service on my air conditioning recently. The tech told me that my heat exchanger had a crack in it and the whole system needed replacing. Apparently the heat exchanger is the compartment where the heating takes place. The tech said he wanted a second oppinion so he had his supervisor come out and look at it. They both agreed i needed a new unit. Anyways, something didnt sound right with there diagnosis. The cost to replace the unit was ridiculous. I called another company to give me a second opinion. This company could not find anything wrong with the unit. They took the whole unit apart so i could take pictures. The heat exchanger looked brand new. Upon calling Pac Air for an explanation they stated that sometimes their guys can overlook things..! You kidding me? Anyhow, hope this helps you!

Friendly but tried to scam me
The Technician that came to my condo for a 20-point inspection was friendly, but he tried to charge me $250 to replace a Capacitor that sells for $5.
