I used Painting Plus for an interior paint job. From getting the initial quote, to the follow up after the job was done, I was completely happy with the professionalism, quality of work and care the guys took of my home while they were doing the work. And the results are fantastic. Very pleased and plan to call them again in the future.

Painting Plus did an outstanding job on our siding, painting, and gutters! The crews were extremely hard working, courteous, and professional. At the end of each day the work area was cleaned up. I highly recommend them.

Used Painting Plus to repaint the trim on our brick house along with some minor carpentry repairs on the wood trim. The original crew missed caulking around the threshold of the door after doing the trim repair, but once I realized this Painting Plus sent a guy out to fix the oversight.

I used Painting Plus to paint multiple rooms inside my house. They did a great job. Sal and his team were great to work with. I've used them for my exterior a few years back and was really impressed with their work. I will continue to use them in the future for all painting jobs as well as their other areas of expertise.

We have had a very positive experience with Painting Plus. Received a detailed quote and defined scope for our project which was a complete re-siding and paint job. First class professional staff including Charlie (Owner), John (Sales), Sal (Project Manager), siding and painting crews. Project started and completed on time. Sal reviewed work daily and kept us informed on progress. All adjustments and problems dealt with promptly, prices were fair for unforeseen additional work. Very high quality siding installation and painting. Good clean up. Would highly recommend this company for your projects.

When we bought our home, we hired Painting Plus to do some painting, wall paper removal, and finish a room. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, and they were inexpensive. However, the painting work was below average. Paint streaks and drips everywhere, missed spots, cracked caulk, paint on the floor and ceiling, etc. They have come out a few times to fix it, but it still looks bad. It took forever to get the work done, and we never knew when they were coming. They just showed up one morning to pressure wash the house, and dirt and water were coming under the window sills and leaking all over the walls. If I would have known, I would have been there with a towel to mop up the water as it came in. I'd hire them to paint a rental house I didn't care about because they were inexpensive, but never a house I cared about. Every time I look at the work, I get upset. I think at some point we will just need to hire another company to re-do the work they did.

These guys just painted the exterior of my house...I had used them a few years ago to redo the interior when I bought the house and they did such a great job, I hired them to paint the exterior even though they weren't the low bidder...and I'm not sorry...these guys did as close to a perfect job as I could expect...I highly recommend this company!

I am very impressed with the amount of detail and time that went into creating a plan of what we wanted. Charlie, the owner and our salesperson, is personable. Painting Plus was able to work off of pictures I found. They identified alterations that would need to be made so that the picture inspiration fit my home.

I'm happy with the initial house painting. Now 2 years later I'm having some wood rot problem. I believe this is an issue with the home builders quality of materials. I'll keep you posted on Painting Plus' Customer Service and how things go with eliminating the wood rotten window frames.

We had a big project - our brick, siding, back porch and deck needed to be painted and I am so happy with the results. The crew did a great job, cleaned up every night and finished a day ahead of schedule. Everyone was very friendly and their work was impeccable. Painting Plus was highly recommended by a neighbor and we will be paying it forward and sharing our great experience with others! I love the way our house looks! Good-bye 1980's orange brick!!!

Used Painting Plus to replace two pillars on our front porch and mull casing at our front door. This was the worst experience with a contractor that I've ever had. Ridiculous excuses, poor quality materials. Overpriced for what we received. The project manager could have cared less about our concerns or investing anything or any time into this job. We had to push just to get the job started on time and had to push just to upgrade materials to something acceptable not even good. No quality of work, no customer service and an arrogant attitude is what we received for our money. Pictures below are of the cheap cement fiber board cut with a dull saw blade that they wanted to use on a decorative trimmed out front door. Unacceptable. Please feel free to read my full account with details on Angie's List.

This could not be further from the truth! We were scheduled to start work 10/7 and our supplier forgot to ship the columns because they were a special order. I told customer we would be back the following day 10/8. The morning of 10/8 it was raining and I sent a text to the customer saying we would have to hold off on the work. We typically don't work in rain with power tools and we try to avoid removing items from a house that could be damaged by weather if we can avoid it. I was told that this was unacceptable and we needed to do the work that day. My crew replaced the columns and mull casing at the front door with Hardie-Plank that day. We replace items with synthetic material (hardie-Plank) so our customers will not have to deal with rot in the future. The customer was told this at the time of estimate. The edges are not perfect, but the edges in the pictures are a factory finish and have not been cut by our company as stated above. The client sent me pictures of the work and stated she was not happy. When I called her back I was greeted with a few choice words (F-Bombs) about how bad everything looked and how I needed to get to her house and look at the shoddy work. Any person with self respect would have hung the phone up. That night at 8:00 I went to our supply company to pick up new material, was at the house the following morning 10/9 with a carpentry crew at 8:15 am. The customer approved the new material, the jambs were sanded (By me personally for 30 Min) to raw wood and new mull casing was installed. The work was again approved by the customer and was primed and painted in a few hrs time the same day. All of this was done at no additional charge and total time frame from start to finish was 3 days and one of those days we didn't have material from our supplier due to their mix up with the delivery. The pictures above are also not the finished product. If this is "caring a less about a project and poor customer service" then I learned how to do it the wrong way! We take great pride in our work and I have been with Painting Plus for 15 yrs and have never had a negative review like this. I will admit sometimes we get things wrong and we always correct our work until the customer is happy and this was not the case here. Thanks, Kent
We had painting plus give an estimate and right before scheduling they told us due to material price increases, it would be $1500 more. Our estimate was at beginning of summer and by the time we went through obtaining various estimates and getting approval of HOA it was the end of summer but we felt this much increase was ridiculous. It made us feel like a bait and switch was pulled on us. There is NO WAY prices went up $1500. It sure was STRANGE that as soon as Painting Plus knew we had decided to use them, the price went up. Needless to say, we told them to take a hike because this is NOT a way to do business. Not the way to obtain a new customer. We would have not only used them but could have sent a lot of customers. We would never use this company and if you decide to use them be VERY careful & be sure EVERYTHING you are having done is in writing.Personally if I saw a review like this I would NOT use the company.

Mr. Katz, After further review of all the E-Mail correspondence between you and Jeremy I realize that the initial quote/proposal for your siding replacement project was over 6 months old. Jeremy wanted to review his numbers and make sure it would work out to be a win win for both you and us. We don't want be the highest bidder and we don't want to be the lowest either. Our goal is to give a fair price and make a honest profit margin. Since the estimate was six months ago we had to make some adjustments to the price quote due to inflation. This was a siding Job and Hardie Plank has raised their material costs twice this year along with Sherwin Williams. Our quotes are good for 30 days and prices in construction change several times a year. We have been in business for 16 years. In a free country you have the choice to use Painting Plus and we can raise our price. Charlie Dallavalle President.
