Mr. Slade
I was reffered to William by a friend after another lender who I was already qualified with failed me. I was not really smart concerning financing. Mr. Slade handle my mortgage loan. My interest was 2 pts. less than the other lender was going to give me. 4 years later if I had of went with the other lender, I would have been a victim of preditory lending. Thanks to Mr. Slade for looking out for me. Now I am seeking a loan for an additional property.

You Don't Have to Worry About Anything!
William Slade with Palladium was awesome!!! My first time homebuying experience was fast, friendly and very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner, and closing was not delayed one bit!!! I would have never believe that purchasing a home would be so easy!
