In my opinion I would proceed with great caution while dealing with this dealership. I am a commercial buyer for my company and deal with vehicle purchases frequently. I dealt specifically with James Segnitz. Stated the offers that my company had from other dealers. He was very pushy but matched the out the door price of the next dealer, then agreed to a price on a trade in. After pushing for the information to set the deal up and get me in there to sign the paperwork, he completely reneged on the deal as I was about to drive to the dealer using the "manager" excuse. When I pointed this out to him he sent me a text calling me a liar, when everything was right there in writing!!! If I was car shopping, my advice would be that you could use them to price something, but I would NEVER purchase anything from them. In my opinion I don't think they can be trusted and wasted a great deal of my time.

I highly recommend Palmer Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram to anyone that is looking for a great deal and a sales staff that genuinely cares about their customers. They will meet or beat any of the competition and they pride themselves on being the cheapest in town. I have purchased 4 cars there over the past 3 years and I will not shop anywhere else.

I was an out of town buyer and had to rely on the salesman for complete report on the condition of the vehicle purchased. Per purchase I couldn't say enough good stuff, great communication, great response, very helpful. Both the salesmen and I somehow overlooked the fact that both front rims were bent. Even after the dealership replaced the tires they still did not mention this safety defect to me. Only after I got back home did I notice this problem. Tried to contact the salesmen, sales manager, even the Vice President of the dealership and received no response. Finally after two weeks got a phone message from the sales manager and a week later and 4 returned calls have still not heard back from him. In short, pre-sale service A+ - post sale service F-. I'm guessing the Palmer dealership cares only about my money and cares nothing for my business, satisfaction as a customer, not the safety of my family or pre-owned vehicles they sell.

I have a 2007 Dodge Nitro that had a broken inside door handle. I decided to take it to Palmer Dodge for the repair since some years ago they had fixed my parents car. They seemed to be on top on it and called me back later they next day with the news. They said that the Door handle required a whole new door panel to repair at $650 plus I had a crack in my battery and it could be replaced for $170 plus two other recommendations that totaled another $420. I decided to have them order the door panel and I would address the remaining items. After waiting for a week and a half with no call back I decided to see it I could find a less expensive fix for the door handle, after calling a couple of other Dodge dealers I found the actual handle for $64.50. I conducted an internet search and found out how to replace the handle also I bought a battery retail for $79 and replaced it myself. So for about $140 I was able to correct the problems that Palmer Dodge wanted over $800 to address. I do not recommend them for anything!

I drove 2 and 1/2 hours (one way) to look at a used wrangler I found online at Palmer. It was just what I was looking for, but after thinking about it for a couple of days, I decided to buy new. I drove another 2 and 1/2 hours to buy that new jeep from Cliff. Everyone at the dealership was nice and friendly, but Cliff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I felt as though he was treating me as he would wish his wife or daughter to be treated. I love my new Wrangler! Thanks Cliff!

After giving up on a dealer to help me with the financing of a New Dodge, Palmer Dodge went above and beyond! I called..told them what car I wanted and in what price range I needed, and BAMN, they had it set for me. DJ(sales assoc) was awesome, Lee was awesome and the finance manager was incredible! I will definatly be going back when I need another new car.

My wife and I were looking for a new car last fall when we came into Palmer Dodge. We wanted something used and Tony helped us find the perfect Jeep. Tony allowed me to have to car checked out by my own mechanic. They found a few additional issues which Tony was able to have addressed by their service department after the final negotiation. Been a loyal Durango owner since inception in 1998. Love the new style and just had a great experience at Palmer Dodge. Cliff Mullaney did a wonderful job and we enjoyed the buying process which can be a bit tedious at times. He was informative and fun without putting on a hard sell. He let us gather the information and then was very helpful and delivered the vehicle that we wanted on time. Would definitely buy from him again.

I honestly have to say that this was the quickest we have ever bought a vehicle and my Husband and I never keep a vehicle long.We found the Tahoe online my Husband called and spoke with DJ and we got a offer we couldn't refuse. After driving 4 1/2 hours we got to the delership, everyone was VERY NICE and we were leaving coming home within a hour. I recommend this dealership to anyone and I have also told a friend who is in the market for a new one. Great Place!!!!

Leased a truck there and it was definitely cheap. The service department was a little iffy and played games with a quote on a broken window, though. When I leased there a while back, they were "old school" in sales techniques. I had hoped they had changed, but I note that they still include $999 "paint and fabric protection" on an add-on sticker on every truck. So be wary of any price quoted relative to "sticker price", as it includes another $999. Most disappointing to me were reviews on this site. I's full of glowing reviews for Palmer. However, if you note the way the reviews are done for Palmer, each uses language typical found in ad copy for car dealers, each includes the salesman's name, and most suspiciously, the reviews for a certain salesman are all grouped together, as if someone added them all at once. Decide for yourself, but I suspect they are not genuine customer reviews, or were given due to inducements from Palmer.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Palmer Dodge and thanks to our salesman, Tony White, it was an effortless and satisfying experience. He was there to answer all of our questions, help us through the buying process and make us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Tony even made several follow up calls after the sale, to make sure we were satisfied. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge and Tony White.
I had no intention of buying a car at Palmer, but it was because of Kevin that I did. He surprised me and helped me to make the best decision. I landed on a Jeep that I fell in love with and he made it work for me with financing. Kevin even helped me the next day when I came back to pick up the new Jeep after detailing.
