REVISED: The manager finally came to look at the countertops. He gave me a discount on the job but that does not change the way it looks. He did say he would contact the granite provider to see if there is any way to remove the scratch and the fading. If they were to take it all out it would destroy the new backsplash. Best option for us at this point. :( Oh I am so very disappointed with Panda and the management. I would strongly recommend NOT using them. I have posted pictures to back up the poor job that they did with the granite countertops. Where they put the seam is fine however they used two different edges so they don't match up and it looks ridiculous. Then they chipped it in two places. When they sent a guy out to look at it and try to convince me that this was standard practice he put lacquer thinner on it and made it turn gray in a spot (it was black). He also horribly scratched the top when he was trying to remove the machine marks. It is about 8 inches long and 1-2 inches wide. It looks horrible. Their solution, come in remove the entire countertop and let someone else put in one. Nothing about this job was good starting with the crew sent to demo and install it. The lead guy was upset he was there, called his boss in front of me and was complaining about how hard the job was and how long it would take them. Run, pay more go somewhere else.

As real-estate investors, we always look for good quality for a reasonable price. We chose to use panda on a flip and we were very impressed with Kenny Wong. We ordered cabinets and granite with Kenny on our current flip. Again he went above and beyond with this remodel. We expanded the kitchen and at the time we didn't realize how badly the kitchen was designed. Kenny noticed how inconvenient the current setting was, no financial benefit to him, we designed and reconfigured it so that the buyer will have a well constructed kitchen. We will definitely give him our business for our personal kitchen and future flips. He is highly recommended.

I recently had my kitchen renovated by Panda and wanted to express how pleased I am with my new cabinets and countertop. All of the people I worked with at Panda, their installers, and especially Kenny Wong provided excellent service, design, and workmanship. They say they will have a new kitchen installed in your house within 10 days, and I think they met that date. We signed the contract on a Monday, the following Monday they started construction, and they were finished by the next Monday. Throughout the process, every installer or person they sent to the house came over on time or even early. If you're like us, you might ultimately decide to do your cabinets just because they fit in your budget when you never expected them to. Just for comparison's sake, and every kitchen is different, we paid $6500 for our cabinets and countertop, with all demo and install included. Lowes wanted $4000 just for the countertop in a lower cost style. The Panda will make Lowes and Home Depot look bad every day. If you expect a kitchen remodel to cost you $20k, they may knock your socks off. Highly recommend considering the Panda.

Going in to the show room was the best part of the ordeal. The installer they sent out was the big problem. After two no-shows,he arrived late and installed the cabinets like he had never done this kind of work before! Panda knocked a few dollars off the price instead of trying to make it right after I complained about the quality.I won't reccomend them to ANYONE.

I shopped around for granite for my counter top for a couple of months, they gave me the best price and threw in sinks for bathroom and kitchen. Kenny is the one who helped me. They let me pick the granite piece when they got new shipment, the warehouse is huge, too much of a choice. Their prices are the cheapest.

Before I purchased my cabinets from Panda I saw some negative remarks here, Jimmy the owner said these are from contractors using Panda products not Panda Kitchen and Baths jobs. Well I am here to say Kenny Wong my salesmen was great and Jimmy the owner actually came to my home to measure. Well a week later, YES 1 week. The kitchen is amazing these guys know what their doing. I was only shopping for granite countertops and bought cabinets and granite. At the prices they charge for real wood cabinets I had to buy them. Home Depot wanted $18000.00 My investment for everything sink, hardware, faucet, lazy susan all of it $7,000.00 and Big Orange was using particle board. I am a true skeptic, Well Panda made a believer out of me. O can't say enough good things about these guys. Jimmy Carter Blvd, Ask For Kenny, Thanks Guys for keeping the promise you made to me!!!!!!!!!!!! Charles W.
