Amazingley poor service
I would have to say this is the most unprofessional vendor I have ever dealt with. I had to reschedule the templating, tear out and installation of the granite counters more than 6 times. They never showed up on the agreed upon times (3 hours late)and they don't even know what the word planning means. They failed to tell me I needed a plumber to disconnect the sink from the pipes until the day of the work, they had to call me for directions to my house when they were already 3 hours late to be there, they missed every timeframe we scheduled, and were unprepared when they came for the tear out. Daryl was a nightmare to work with. I would never recommend anyone use them for anything unless they wanted a headache.

good experience
We used Panda to provide us with granite countertops for our kitchen. After a great deal of research we found them to have the best prices for granite and installation. Edith and Michelle were wonderful to work with and really made things happen quickly for us. I would recommend them.

Good price, a headache to work with
From the time they received our money it took over a month to have the kitchen complete. They did not have a good relationship with their contractors, and their contractors never showed up when they said they would, didn't finish the job and were just rude. The overall finished product looks pretty good (they left some tiny things unfinished and a couple knicks in the cabinets), but it was a hassle to get there.
