Staff was less than enthusiastic about a new costumer visiting, maybe even somewhat capricious, which is typical for a lot of gun stores. Had an almost pawn shop like atmosphere.

I thought the amount of bounce backs were unacceptable in the range. These were coming from what appeared to be an experienced shooter three lanes over and he was hitting his target. Spent about 20 minutes in the range overall. After being hit three times within a five minute period it was time to leave. That alone would probably detour me from visiting again.

Average variety of guns for a shop this size. I would purchase a gun from them for the right price.

Went in there looking for a specific gun. I printed a picture of the gun, stock # & price directly from their own website and handed it to the guy at the counter. He said it was not in stock, so I asked if he could order me one and he had no idea how to place an order with their distributor. I told him I wanted the gun so just ask someone in the store that knows what their doing to order it for me and call me when it comes in. Never heard from them again. Ended up buying from a store in Smyrna that actually understood customer service.

The guy behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all! Instead of being helpful he tried to sell me shooting class wich is $80.Even 1 star rating is too much, they don't deserve a star.

Don't let the low-budget exterior or some of these other reviews fool you. There's no better place to buy a firearm in Cobb or Cherokee county. I purchased a new pistol a few days ago. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. I had researched what I was looking for, narrowed it down to two pistols, both of which Pannell's had in stock. Their prices were about on-par with the lowest prices I could find online including fees, even though the online retailers were out of stock. Great price, great service. What else can you ask for.

Went there today for first time. Very friendly and knowlegeable. Took time to answer questions and make suggestions.
Range was clean and well maintained. Several shooting program offeredmany free. All in all very impressed. I will return frequently...
