Compared to other car washes in closely neighboring towns this place gets a thumbs down. I am very familiar with this car wash because I live close to it. The last time I was there I asked where the towels were and I was told they do not provide towels anymore because customers take them. They referred my to a vending machine if I wanted a towel. Also, no matter how busy they are, they NEVER open up the second row of vacuum stalls. Therefore, all customers are squished together trying not to hit other cars with all the open car doors. (The vacuum stalls are very close together compared to other car washes.) All the years I have been going there they NEVER offer promotions or coupons of any kind. In addition, they routinely close for ANY threat of rain. Competing car washes in neighboring towns never close for rain and actually stay quite busy. The only positive is that the basic wash is only $5 and they are not usually busy for obvious reasons. Going forward, I will only go to the superior car washes in other towns when I pass through.

For what you pay here you are getting a lot, I've been to this car wash quite a few times and everytime I have been impressed not only for the quality but the customer support. I remember about a month after they opened I bought there $10 wash, but when I was vacuuming my car i seen a patch of brake dust on my wheels, I told one of the employees about it and they came out with a towel and whiped all of my wheels down, after that they asked if that was clean enough or if I even wanted to go through the wash again on them, he even refused to take a tip.
