Parc at Duluth

When my wife passed away last October, a friend of my son suggested that he look at Parc at Duluth for me. He did this and was impressed so we looked at it together.I immediately saw that it was the ideal answer for my situation. I moved into a beautiful apartment apartment January 15th and this decision has proved to be a good one. While the facilities are outstanding, the real strength is in Parc at Duluth's staff. They are caring, personable, repectful and without exception, happy with their jobs. Such a highly trained and competent staff creates an environment of happy residents. I have made several wonderful friends in the short time I've been here and we all agree that the great staff makes our lives productive and joyful. I highly recommend Parc at Duluth.

My 89 year young mom recently moved from Florida (after 45 years) to be closer to us (her "kids"). After much searching, Parc/Duluth was our first choice and we're so glad to have found it. The location is perfect for us, the surroundings are cheerful, the apartments are spacious, the food, service and ambience in the restaurant is outstanding, but BEST OF ALL, the staff is amazing!! They have made my mom's transition smooth and I feel at ease knowing they are taking such good care of her.

The Parc at Duluth offers an elegantly furnished facility with more spacious apartments than are ordinarily found in senior residences. All of the staff have been cheerful, caring and genuinely concerned about the welfare and happiness of the residents. The food is always fresh and excellently prepared. A variety of amenities and activities are available for residents to stay alert and active. We selected the Parc at Duluth for my mother and have been delighted with the choice.

Parc at Duluth is great. I helped select this "home" for my grandparents. It's a great place for them to retire. I like the way they cater to whatever activities and interests you are used to. I loved the fact that the staff seemed caring and very friendly. Give this place a visit today.
