Thank you Thank you Thank you
My dad moved in after my mom passed away, and it was the best decision we've ever made. The place is lovely, and they have such a warm, caring staff that made her feel right at home. He made friends right away because there are so many activities to do there, and everyone was so welcoming. The director of the building is a social worker. This place is just awesome and I really appreciate everything that they have done.

Wonderful community
My grandparents moved into Parc a few weeks ago and we have been so pleased with the overall quality of the community and the professional staff there. Kelly Cooper in particular has done all she can to make them feel so welcome in their new home. They have nothing but kind things to say about her and I just wanted to say that my Dad and I really appreciate all the nice things that have been done for them. Kelly has gone above and beyond, even checking on my grandmother when she was hospitalized in the last few days. Kelly is a gem and Parc Alpharetta is the perfect place for my grandparents. - KD

Excellent Place
Wow… what a life I have… I love living at the Parc at Piedmont.
As I look through my French doors over the garden I can see the spring flowers and the fall leaves. There’s a beautiful Gazebo where I can settle in with a book.
There is a wonderful staff to assist me in any way they can. From changing a light bulb to remembering which bed-sheets I like best. The dining room wait-staff are congenial and eager to please. The management is never too busy to talk with me and listen to what I have to say.
I’m a happier and healthier person while living at Parc at Piedmont.

Parc Alpharetta is Ideal for me!
I find Parc Alpharetta an ideal active senior community - I love the location in a semi-secluded setting with lots of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and banking - all close by.
My apartment is roomy, well designed with community fitness programs in a great facility, our own library, beautiful pool and community rooms - all available to me anytime.
Friendly neighbors plus a caring office and maintenance staff make this a wonderful place I enjoy calling home!

Pets Not SO Welcome..........
I've lived here since December 2007 and loved it in every way. With two poodles and $1000 dog deposit we now as of March 16, 2009 must go outside of the gated community onto public sidewalks to relieve our dogs. Few to no street lights in front and I've already been locked out of the back gate where the sidewalks are lite. Regardless my health isn't that I can do this several times a day and night and in any kind of weather. Without a pet you will most likely love it otherwise beware ! All funds were spent on NO DOG walkins signs and NO bags and barrells inside the safety of the gates. Very disappointed 11/2 resident Pet Care Services was listed on my brochure upon my move in.
