Wrong diagnosis, 4/09/2010

I was and have been seen by Dr.Parrih in gwinnett hospital and eastside hospital both times he has gotten in the way of my treatment he will not listen to (me) the patient! I have cyclic vomiting... sydrome, he will not give my condition any attention or even look it up since he is unfamiluar with this condition instead he refuses to treat my pain. Pain is a large part of my syndrome, cyclic vomiting syndrome is basically a migraine of the abdominal area this comes with vomiting, dehydration, and lets not forget the horrible pain! So I lay in a hospital bed in pain while he treats me for gastroparsis which is not what I have I have done a stomach empting test and he fills this one test proves his diagnosis but, it does not during a attack of cvs my stomach does'nt work either it is having a migraine! This test is giving a false reading and people with my condition often get the same result from gastrologist because there are not informed and refuse to inform them self of this condition! I hate it when doctors don't listen to the patient! I have had this syndrome for 5 years have done all the research myself because I was tired of doctors not listening.I even bring the information with me to the hospital. Some of the ER doctors will take the time to look it over and treat me acordingly, but once I am admitted and I see parrich all the good the ER has done goes down the drain! If they would only get it! If they would just treat me for cyclic vomiting sydrome and educate themself!
