Buying a home is one of the biggest steps a person can take. It's a huge monumental time in a person's life, well at least it is for me. There are so many options and decisions one has to make. It can be stressful, and the time crunch doesn't help. I am a first time home buyer, and I entrusted Mr. Pressley with helping me make not only the right decision, but a smart one. He was there for me in a time of need. He looked out for my best interest as a buyer. He did his work diligently and effectively. Presenting me with both the pros and cons of my potential first home. Mr. Pressley was extremely knowledgeable, he was the calm in my mental storm, there to answer any and all the questions I had. I have learned a lot from Mr. Pressley. I thank him for helping me, and I have already referred him to my friends, and family.

In my quest to find a qualified home inspector, I researched three different companies and Mr. Pressley was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable home inspector. He was the only inspector who offered to provide a list of his credentials and accompanying business licenses. After he completed his inspection on the home that I had a contract on, he provided me with a comprehensive review and supportive photographs in less than 24 hours! I would recommend Mr. Pressley to anyone who is considering purchasing a home. His degree of professionalism and friendliness is beyond measure!

As a first home buyer I was very cautious with who I chose to inspect my potential first home. Not only was he there 30 minutes before schedule he was just as thorough and cordial as could be. He was friendly as well as very professional. He broke down what he had already inspected and explained that he would be breaking it down into further detail in the report once he completed the entire house. He showed and explained to us the things that he thought were more dangerous than others. He also gave us examples of how some things could/should be fixed. We asked questions and he gave us thorough answers with multiple examples. To me he went above and beyond and his report went further than that. He left NO stone unturned. When we are ready to buy again we will definitely use him again. If we come across people who are in need of this type of service we will definitely recommend him.

Paris did a home inspection for me last week, he was very informative, and helped me save some money. The house I was going to buy was in Atlanta and it was built in 1945. He tested the house for lead paint, and there was lead paint on the house. The seller agreed to remediate it.

I have owned in my lifetime 12 homes. Thus, I have had 12 home inspectors. Mr. Pressley by far was the best Inspector I have ever had. He has over 30 years of experience, and he teaches you what to look for. He is very thorough, affordable, an a genuinely honest professional. I read the review that was before this one, but what you should know is that review came from the seller, not a buyer. I am a buyer.

He wrote up a daunting list of items in our home which purportedly required repair and ended up needlessly costing us money once the licensed, bonded contractors reviewed and the vast majority of system ‘repairs' were not only up to code but in excellent working condition. We still had to pay for service calls and such. Complete waste of time and our money. Additionally, home inspectors are supposed to only inspect items to determine potential code violations, and he dinged us on cosmetic and other misc. matters, which, combined with a potential home buyer who was skittish to begin with and simply not well-versed in such things, did not result in a smooth transaction. DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
