Let me start by summing up my opinion: this company has great customer service and makes a high-quality product at a very reasonable price! I called about a dozen metal fabricators to see about getting a custom water heater pan. Half of them never called back, maybe because they don't bother with small jobs and residential customers. Andrew from Park Central called me back in a timely way and was very knowledgable and helpful, not only with the specifics of my request, but also with the whole solution/design I was considering for handling potential water leaks in the future. The job was done within 24h, was a higher quality than some proposed designs from others, and the cost was very reasonable compared to others. I will definitely call them first for any needs in the future and recommend them to others!
