From the first person who approached us when we drove up to the dealership to the salesman (David Jaffe) to the delivery person who explained the vehicle’s options and accessories just before we drove our new Escape (RCO lease) off the lot, everyone at Park Cities Ford was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. David Jaffe was very helpful in explaining the various models of the Escape and asking proving questions to help us narrow our choices with our any pressure at all. He guided us through he entire process of returning our 2008 Explorer to meeting with the financial executive, who was also very friendly and easy to work with. The one man who delivered the car to use was efficient and very helpful in explaining all aspects for the vehicles operation he even paired my iPhone with the Sync system easily!!! David followed up with tow phones calls, including one the very next day thanking us for our purchase, and another dealership executive has also called us to check on our level of satisfaction and to thank us for our business. I have been extremely pleased and impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism and David Jaffe and everyone with whom we interacted at Park Cities Ford. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable!
