Park Crest Terrace screens everyone for adherence to our policies at move-in and do have the policy about adding household members and subleasing in our written contracts. They don't write some critical policy on paper, but hide them from them. They only tell you some orally if you ask. They only allow ONE person living in one room, and don't allow sublease. But this information is not on paper before signing a lease. After violating their policy, they absolutely will vacate you and ask for payment for the full lease rent. Be alert, don't put you in the risk of some one's oral or hidden policy you never know.
