The front desk staff are nice. The dentists have changed twice since my kids have been going there. The first time they issued notice, the second time they did not. I found out when it was time for my kids to return for cleaning. That gave me an opportunity to find a pedi dentist specifically. They always over bill for services. Eventhough preventative is covered at 100% under my plan, there is always a balance they cannot explain. The a collections agency calls if you do not pay within 30 days of getting it. This happened one too many times. They are always trying to sell things to you. Just hustlers.

They wanted to charge me $2600 for a root canal and crown. I went elsewhere and got it all for $600! They give you no options and do not try to make the price cheaper! They give you the most expensive option.

I previously had horrible dentist visits and neglected my dental care for years. My experience was excellent at this dental office and I have made this office my family's choice for dental service. The care, compassion and flexibility was excellent.

I scheduled an appointment to go in at 7AM. They have very convenient hours. Once I arrived there was a short wait and then they took me to the back. The office is very clean with new equipment. The receptionist was a bit off and TOLD me that I scheduled an appointment to have an emergency tooth pulled or something crazy. I told her strait up that she was WAY wrong and that I was there for an Ortho consultation. Besides her confusion, the experience was great! My insurance coverage for this place is amazing. The doctor was very polite and right to the point. I like that. Overall I give this place a good rating.

I am in the customer service field myself and have never seen such unprofessionalism. They convinced me to do work to under a cap that was only 2 years old, stating their was was a small cavity starting, however they neglected to tell me that my insurance had stated they would not pay for it, since it was less than 5 years old. I had the work done and later received a bill for the remainder of the bill the insurance was supposed to pay! I never had pain in this tooth and didn't even want the tooth done in the first place but the dentist insisted it was important to get to it now and I listened. I refused to pay so I recently received a letter that it is being sent to collection and that they are charging 40% of my bill as a collection fee. Also, the tooth that never bothered me is now bothering me since this doctor worked on it! Beware of this dentist!

My husband needed to have an implant repaired and it took several visits (as we expected) The inurance company didn't pay on time so when he went for the final implant he was told he would need to pay $1,248.40 before they could finish. We paid...so did the insurance company - in August. It's now almost the end of October and we can't get our payment returned to us. The excuse was "we outsource to India and if they sit on the payment there's nothing we can do". The patient is obviously not the focus of their business.
