Desiring to give my child a montessori education, I enrolled in this particular montessori due to its proximity to home. I was hopeful and positive, however, the staff here was an extreme let down, and close-minded. They lied about not having enough space in camp instead of talking like adults about any issues they had with my child. This facility is not capable to teach any good values to children by clearly showing their lack thereof. It definitely does not help to state the fact that my child is of a different ethnicity. It demonstrates that they are also not welcoming to people of different, diverse backgrounds. i hope that no one ever has this experience with them. I felt it was important to write this review so that parents are aware of how the staff manages relationships, and how they communicate....thru lying. "we didn't want to hurt your feelings, so we lied".

My children (2 & 5) are beginning their second year at PVMS, My 2 y/o has developed an excellent vocabulary and an amazing level of independence. My 5 y/o is so proud when he completes "challenging work" and has asked why he did not receive "lessons" or learn as much at his old school. The activities are thoughtful, fun, and develop reasoning skills that generalize to other areas, there is no meaningless busywork. The teachers are Montessori certified and professional. The administrators are always helpful.

My son has been attending Park View since he was a year old. It's a very well-established center with an excellent reputation locally - some of the staff have been there for 20 years, and some of the teachers even went there as children! They offer a lottery-funded Pre-K program. The teachers are very friendly and really care about your child. You really get the feeling they are experienced and know what they are doing, it has a very nice, calm atmosphere and they never seem stressed out. I think the cost is broadly comparable with other centers. There are a lot of childcare centers in the area, but this is definitely one of the best.

My children have attended Park View for two years, and it is simply the best. They are leaving for kindergarten in the fall, and I am so sad to go. Ms. Kathy has been in business for twenty years and many of her staff have been there since the beginning. They have created the most loving and nurturing environment I've found, and I am an educator with both an elementary and preschool background. You will not regret enrolling your children in this wonderful school...the teachers are the best- especially Ms. Sam, Ms. Mara, and Ms. Michelle!

There is nothing more difficult and frightening than leaving your child in the care of someone else. After using a terrible daycare center and interviewing many others options, I move my child to Park View Montessori. I can say now that my child is in the best possible environment. Education is important here, but so is nurturing. The staff truly cares and shows it in its interactions with the children and their parents. There is little turnover in staff with is a testament to how management treats their employees. My child runs to her classroom and hugs her teachers. Most importantly, I can go to work with the peace of mind that my child is in best possible situation. I highly recommend Park View Montessori.
