Stay away at all costs! We recently brought our dog here with a minor skin issue. Worst mistake of our lives... She is not with us anymore. Dr. Singh was positive he knew exactly what the issue was, and gave her 2 shots, 2 weeks apart. two days after the 2nd shot, she was having trouble walking, we called & inquired about this. He said that was not a symptom of the Ivermectin, that we should watch her for a few days. She continued to rapidly worsen. We started to research on the web and found literally hundreds of web pages detailing Ivermectin toxicity, with the exact symptoms that she was exhibiting. We took her to another vet that was absolutely flabbergasted that he gave two Ivermectin injections. Ivermectin is known to be deadly to dogs in the herding breeds, and she obviously has Collie in her. Collies are the most sensitive to Ivermectin. We rushed her to the Neurological clinic in Carrollton, and they tried everything they could to save her. Her heart and breathing stopped, they performed CPR, and she was on a ventilator for two days, it's a terrible way to suffer. In the end, they could not overcome the Ivermectin toxciity. Had we known earlier, there may have been some chance by starting treatment as soon as possible, but the two days we lost because we were told the symptoms had nothing to do with Ivermectin may have cost her her life. This place spends no time answering questions. Be very, very cautious if you decide to come here.

I had previously used this clinic to get my dog spayed so when I got my second dog I decided to call them to check the price of a neuter. The staff was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. The cost is very affordable but i don't know that I want to take my pet to a clinic where the staff doesn't treat the owners right...how will i know if they treat the pets right? They may have been busy or something but if they were they could have just told me and I would have been fine holding longer.

I pass several vets coming from east Plano to get to this animal clinic but it's worth it. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable, they are great with my dog, and the prices are reasonable.

We drive all the way from Lake Highlands to this vet clinic in Plano. Their reasonable prices & delightful vets & staff make it well worth the trip. A fraction of the cost of the vet we used down here for identical treatment. They accept walk-ins but I'd recommend an appointment if at possible to avoid a long wait.

My Cocker Spaniel is a previous patient of this clinic. When Dr. Shelton left we followed him, but you could not ask for more wonderful vets/staff. Cost is extremely reasonable as they try to keep it low so that all people can afford good pet care.
