Excellent job, Very honest and asked them to do more work then what was originally asked and I got a call back later from them stating I had over paid and they were offering a refund. You don't find many companies like that anymore! They have done work from my dad and uncle as well.

We appreciate you taking the time to write this review.
We have personally been calling over 50 of Parker's past customers and all have had nothing but great things to say about over all service and price. To often people will only post the negative things that happen, but it is rare for some to be able to take the time to post the positive experiences they have with companies online. That is what we are here for! The primary goal of our company is to help the honest, family owned etc. companies. Get the recognition they deserve. Signed contract to do work on 3-1-2013. They delayed work for 5 weeks, then refused to do the work one month later. Every week they said they would do the work and schedule it for a few days later, then they canceled. They quoted a price with a signed contract and did not honor it while wasting a month of my time. Do not trust this company with just because they have a fancy car.

Yes sir we did cancell your job after several rain delays and your non understanding of the ground needing to be dry for a grading job. Then we gave you the option to look elsewhere for a company that can do grading work in muddy terrain, since it is now May and you still haven't found any other companies to do your work then I would have to think that your ignorance of weather conditions might just be the reason why your job is still not completed. After twenty years of doing this type of work I am aware of what can be accomplished and what can't be. With fuel costs travel expense and labor expense it would not be very smart business for me to have tried to complete your job when you nor myself would have been satisfied with the outcome.
I just saw that Terry has responded to the post I entered here titled "Unprofessional". Thank you for the apology, but this issue was never resolved, as we did not receive the refund.

Very sorry for the misunderstanding, this has been resolved.
I recently had Parker's Tree Service out to do a big job (around 50 trees). They were the best price quote in town by far and did an incredible job. Everything was done as specified and in most instances they went above and beyond what was asked of them. Their customer service really sets them apart, and as an employee of Chick-fil-A Corporate, I know good customer service when I see it. What really blew me away about this group was that on two seperate occasions, Mr. Parker himself came back out to the property to grind stumps further down that had been uncovered during the re-grading process that followed the tree removal in my yard. He was prompt, polite, and represented picture-perfect customer service. All in all, these guys were great and I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a superior and skilled team to do great job at the best price in town!

Thank you for your kind words
After reading theses reviews I wanted to inform potential customers that Many different options are offered. Every customer has the final decision as to how we take the trees down as to whether we use a crane or the bucket truck or climb the trees, you can decide if we drive equipment on lawn area or if it gets carried out by the crew. and our contracts clearly state how the customer decides to have the work done on their property, All of the different options are stated on the contract and checked off. The Price is calculated by how many man hours are needed to complete work. After twenty two years of customer service I have just now been informed that I am supposed to ask our customers to write a report on us. We have over 68,000 documented tree removals and we are always willing to provide you with referals.

Very unprofessional. Took 4 weeks for them to fix my house/deck after falling a tree into it. They kept cutting corners and not telling me, including turning my gutter spout around, hoping I wouldn't see the dent on the reversed side, instead of just replacing it like they said they would. Had to constantly argue with them to make my house whole again, when in their contract, it says they replace all issues with house that's caused by them. The worst part is one of their crew members POOPED IN MY FLOWER BEDS!! He confessed to it, and Terry, owner, was only willing to give me $45 off... I'll repeat, THERE WAS FECES HUMAN IN MY YARD FROM THEIR CREW, and they confessed! I have pictures of everything. I had to call them every time to get things done. Owner talked to me once, and wouldn t talk to me after, instead routing me to other people. Buyer beware, this company is terrible and not worth the headache and unprofessional on many levels.

I used this firm in my other house and thought they were great. When I hired them in the next house, I was surprised how bad things turned out. They showed up w/o notice & came through a locked gate. They were supposed to drop the branches away from the sod and didn't. They also damaged a wooden structure and didn't even acknowledge it. Then they just left huge wood chunks that were supposed to be firewood size. HA!! I couldn't even move them. Their bid was quite a bit less than everyone else's. I should have known something was fishy.

Terry and his team are professional all the way. I had 10 trees taken out, located in different areas around the house, 2 were Very large. They removed them all without a glitch. The equipment they brought with them was very impressive. I was very happy with the clean-up of the property. I have no complaints about the pricing - and I would defiantly have Terry and his team back out again if I had any trees left. He is at my next door neighbor's house removing trees etc. as I type.

I hired this company to trim back tree limbs from my house. But in doing so they did not respect my property. They pulled their truck on my lawn to shred the limbs, but left a big tire track on my lawn(since it had stop raining the day before). When speaking to the company regarding this matter, they indicated they were not responsible for any damage to your property(based on the contract.) I would suggest not using this company based on this fact.

We had Parker's tree service come and cut down 40 of our Pine trees. Yes, they cut them down for free. The job was supposed to take them 2 days and wound up taking a week. His helper hurt his back the second day in and left him to do the rest of the work himself. He completed the work, but never came back to fix a fence that was broken in the process even after 3 phone calls. He had also promised to cut down 2 trees for a fee. He never came back to get that business either. I guess over all good value because we got 40 trees cut down for free, but after all he made money on selling those trees. If you want him to cut down free trees, then go for it. Don't expect him to come back if anything is broken in the process.

Removal of several trees/stumps done while we were at work. You would never know they were even there--not even a tire track in the lawn getting to/from the back of the house. Quality job and a great value too. We highly recommend Parker's.

The crew was nice and did an great job at removing trees. The problem came in with the stump grinding process. The day that the trees were removed the crew did not have the equipment to grind the stumps. They indicated that they would be back within a week to take care of it. They did not call prior to coming and showed up to grind the stumps while we were out of town. They left all the mulch from the stump on the property. On the contract there is a check box that is to be checked if you want the mulch left on your property and in our case this was unchecked meaning we wanted it hauled away. When speaking with Terry about this he indicated that they NEVER haul away mulch from the stump. When my spouse tried to contact him to discuss this further he would not answer his phone. So use your own descretion. I do have photos of what they left behind if you wish for me to email them to you.

These guys are good, they are honnest, and they get the job done! We had 45 large pines removed and hauled away from both sides and back of our home. Some of these trees were easly 75ft tall. They took them down without a problem. All the work was done in about 3 days with a smal crew of 3 guys. Call them and don't get ripped off by paying too much! Most if not all tree services sell the lumber on a good size tree! They should reflect that in the price they quote you! If they don't send them on their way!
