Very happy, no complaints
Mike was extremely helpful. He is very personable and thorough. He allows you to shadow him during the inspection and learn about your future home. I learned a great deal about how the home was built and the necessary preventative maintenance. He found several small issues even though it is a new home. The report is detailed and contains several photographs. Received the report the same day allowing the builder to immediately get to work fixing the issues. It was also a pleasure dealing with Glenda, his wife. Would definitely call Mike if I need another home inspection.

jholbroo: Thanks for taking time to write a review and the 5 Stars in all categories. We're glad we could help. Part of what we do is educate our clients on how the house works. We're not just "looking for the bad stuff," but also explaining things to our clients as we go through the home. For example, not everyone is familiar with the difference between an air conditioner and a heat pump and we don't mind explaining the finer technical details between the two for those customers that care to know. (It helps that I'm a Professional Engineer when explaining thermodynamics. Ha! Ha!) In fact, we recently had a client call us back to say they were glad we took the time to explain things because it saved them big $$$ in repair bills many months after the inspection.
