I don't think you can choose better than Carole Parks Catering. After I had sampled some of their dishes at different parties over the years, I had to check them out for my wedding. Fantastic! No one raves about food at a wedding, but they did at mine. And they were so helpful, from our discussions on the phone to the servers at the event. Incredible selections and good prices.

Never have to worry about anything with them- we use them twice a year for parties of 200 or more; do wish they'd vary the menus a little more though!

I am planning to use them for an upcoming event. Entire process has been very pleasant. Very helpful with making menu selections. If you don't see what you want, they are willing to do whatever they can to please.

I usually order and pick up. A large tray of their Chicken Azalea (which is absolutely wonderful) will feed 14 hungry people. The cost is less than making it yourself.

I've used Carole Parks caterng for several large parties in the 100-200 guest range. Unfortunately, my space did not have a full service kitchen, by the Carole Parks crew went right ahead and put on a great performance. The servers are experienced and seem to work well together. It takes some juggling to keep everything going with a microwave and a toaster oven, but they can do it. The food is good. Our menus were interestng and upscale, but never so unusual that guests were leary of trying something. I would put Carole Parks on my short list of great, not glitzy, caterers. You can come up with your own glitz.
