By the way, we don't use dry herbs, artificial flavors, preservatives, colorants, MSG, trans-fat, or anything else we wouldn't eat ourselves or serve to our friends and family.
When it comes to the pasta, we don?t batch cook and re-heat, which is a common industry practice. Instead, we use our own innovative and proprietary machines to cook individual portions of pasta in 3 minutes. This technology enables us to custom cook each order, perfectly al-dente, fresh every time, from the first order of the day to the last. Batch cooking and re-heating often result in overcooked, bloated and slippery pasta that is unable to grab the sauce as the starch is washed away during blanching.
