A guy called me to schedule a service call and I felt like I had to lead the whole call, asking him questions. I asked if he could come out tomorrow, he said he probably could. I told him I needed a time, he said he didn't have his calendar, but he would call me back(when? nobody knows!), which means it would taken 2 calls to schedule. I received an email from a staff member about something else and I told her about my call and that I can't work with "probably" and already scheduled someone else. Instead of letting it go, he/she (no signature) sent a caddy email back trying to stir the pot that I was just being difficult. Yes God forbid I request a date and time, how high maintenance of me! No thanks!

Called Brian after our refrigerator stopped working. He was at the house in less than an hour and had diagnosed and solved the problem in another 30 minutes. He showed good skills and was very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. He did a good job at a very fair price.

Needed refridgerator repair - I used his contact us page before I went to bed. The next morning I received an email that he would be in touch. He called a couple of hours later and had the repair done by that afernoon. I would use this company again. Thank you for the great service.

My side-by-side refrigerator in my rental property stopped freezing and cooling properly. I did my research and came across some company's that had high priced service calls just to come out to look at the refrigerator. They also could not guarantee that they could make out that same day that I called them. I call Pate's Appliance Repair and Parts around 12:00 PM by 3:24 PM Brian from Pate's showed up at my rental property and by 3:42 PM he had diagnosed the refrigerator problem as a bad defrost heater. By 4:15 PM my refrigerator was fixed with a new part and the total repair cost was reasonable. I will call them 1st about any future appliance repairs that I may have.

Great response from these guys. Called late on Tues. evening, got a call back before 8 the next morning scheduling same-day service call. Receieved another call at approx 10 am saying he was ahead of schedule, ok to come early. Brian showed up, repeated and showed he understood my problem, immediately got to work, explaining everything along the way. Quick diagnosis, easy fix, done in a short amount of time, didn't try to replace a bunch of stuff or add "needed" repairs or maintenance. Number staying on fridge for further use!
