Best in town!
I had the recent pleasure of working with Pathfinders to secure my new position in Atlanta. They worked as an exceptional team to assist me in my search for the perfect job. My recruiter worked hard to help me get interviews for positions above my current one and then helped me perfect my interviewing skills so that I would present myself well. We were both rewarded with a great job offer which I happily accepted.

Excellent firm!
We have used the services of Pathfinders exclusively for over ten years and we recommend them very highly.
These recruiters approach their search assignments in a very professional manner and screen their applicants very carefully. They have visited our offices on numerous occasions so that they get a better understanding of the nature of our work and the type of employees we need. They are familiar with the functions of our various departments and knowledgeable about the skill sets required to be successful. This enables them to continually produce excellent candidates who are great fits within our culture.
We are also impressed with the manner in which they handle their applicants. It is important to them to place the right people in the right jobs. We find that we can trust their judgment, their assessments and their reference information. We are not inconvenienced by the scheduling of people who do not meet our standards. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. They are as concerned about retention as they are about the initial placement. That goes a long way in maintaining a long-term relationship and establishing yourself as an exceptional recruiting firm.

Job Seekers Don't Bother
I responded to a job posting by Pathfinders. I was very disappointed. The "job interview" was a cattle call with three other people. We were given vocabulary, spelling, and math tests at an eight-grade level. The interviewer, Tracy, was cordial and friendly, but clearly wasn't in charge; she had to "check" on everything with someone else. After telling me that she was sure they would be able to place me in a job (thought I was applying for a specific opening) I never heard back from them. No response to my calls or emails. I should have listened to the other bad reviews that were posted. Trust me - don't waste your time or your $14.00 parking fee money on this employment agency.
