They called me about a debt from 2015. I gathered the information they told me and told them I was going to call the doctor in question because I had paid all of my debt with them off. My doctor's office billing rep confirmed my account was clear and went into the other system used (Centricity) to enter information about my posted payment. When I called this company back, the rep who asked me to call him back was not available (Milton). When I spoke to another rep (Luis) he told me I had to call my doctor's office back with the name of the person (which I had already given him) and a time and date. My doctor's billing rep called me back and told me the time and date she entered information in the system and let me know to give them her info, which I called back and did. The rep (Milton) seemed very rushed and like he didn't really take down the information I gave him. Totally scammy vibe of "well, I couldn't dupe this person". Get all the information about your supposed debt from them and follow up with your doctor. At the very least they should have the date you were billed and the doctor / medical provider.

This supposed Collection Agency has to be the worst! They leave messages constantly and when you call back they intimidate you, lie to you and force you to pay a debt within 24 hours or they will send it to the Credit Bureau. This is totally untrue and illegal by Georgia Law! You can pay the debtor itself and they will be in touch with the Collection Agency (within 30 days). This Collection Agency even has the nerve to charge interest! The medical providers don't want to send you an invoice and turn it over to this Lying, Scamming, Rude and Unethical Business who should be out of business!! DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE!!!! I would give no stars if I had the option.

These people are ridiculous! They will call and call and call you like crazy! I understand that they are trying to collect debit from people for Medical bills, however they need to approach people in a nicer, friendly way or they will never get money! After dealing with some scum ball today, I absolutely refuse to give them any of my money! I don't want them making a dime in their unprofessional rude collection attempts. I've dealt with collection companies in the past and never had such terrible service! I suggest blocking their number and paying whoever you owe the money directly to. Again, don't give them your credit card number! Call whoever you owe and set up arrangements with them directly! This place SUCKS!!!!!

I agree with everyone who have been frustrated by their annoying behavior. I have cleared my father's account directly with the hospitals and still they are bugging me. They will not tell me which hospital forwarded the records... perhaps the hospital needs to be accountable for this as well.

This company callled me and said I owed a bill to a hospital but would not tell me for what. They would not give me any information and expected me to give them money! I finally called the hospital and they explain it to me, I paid the hospital and still this collection agency would not stop calling me! I told them to call the hospital and they would tell them I paid yet they would not listen. The women that called me was told not to call me again yet she kept calling which is illegal!

These irritating people have been calling me for MONTHS saying I never paid a hospital bill. I have spoken with my Health Insurance company NUMEROUS times to ensure that I have no outstanding bill for which I am responsible, and I DO NOT. Even if you pay a bill late, once it has been sent to a collection service Patient Accounts Bureau has access to it and will never take it off their list of debts to be collected. SO IRRITATING! I agree with becow13--CALL the FTC and file a formal complaint.

I agree with the above. I never received a bill, letter, or any form of indication from the hospital I supposedly "owed" money to. When I called back to Patient Accounts Bureau the man who answered was very rude and kept asking for my credit card number because I "had to pay this debt right away." When I asked for more information on this debt he started speweing out dates and amounts I've paid in the "past" that were completely inaccurate in correlation to when and where I actually paid all previous medical bills. I asked for the hospital information and the reference number and proceeded to call the hospital myself. The hospital had NEVER heard of this collections agency and had no records of them in their systems. They also could not find any outstanding balance under my name, social, phone, or any personal identification information. The reference number Patient Accounts Bureau gave me was of course bogus. DO call the FTC to file a formal complaint. If the company continues to harass you for bogus claims, also file a complaint to the state attorney generals office and you are legally allowed to write them an official cease communications letter. This letter requires them to stop the harassment and more importantly Patient Accounts Bureau is only allowed to respond to that letter with information pertinent to what they are calling about, aka your supposed "debt". Hope not too many other people have to deal with this!

Unfortunately, there is no option on here to give a company zero stars. They have contacted me and very rudely told me that I have a balance for a medical practice. I have never once gotten a bill from this practice. When I tried to explain this the lady was rude. I called the practice and they said that they would take care of it. So,...I called this company to let them know. Still very rude and told me to call back after 4pm when the initial person I got a message from would start her shift. Nothing like accommodating an individual who is trying to tell you that I have no balance. RUDE LOSERS!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Be aware of this company and those alike. They will use harassment and intimidation, with false claims. Tell them that they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. section 1692c(c). Also, complain with the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission (toll-free at 1-877-FTC-HELP (382-4357), or file a complaint on-line at www.ftc.gov. This has to stop. They harassed me calling every week to my work cellphone! All this for an invalid claim!

This company called me about a "supposed" medical debt that I have no statements for, have received no previous correspondence from the medical establishment nor them and can provide me with no documents regarding what the debt is for. Would you send a payment to these people?

I ask them so stop calling my place of work they told me this was the number that was given and then told them I had no idea what they were talking about and they told me to call my insurance. How can I call them if I have no idea what the are talking about? They were rude and nasty and no help at all. I called the Federal Trade and filed a complaint. I suggest everyone else do the same.
