Patriot Mechanical has provided us with outstanding quality service in the past couple years. They serviced our aging unit until we were able to replace it this past month. They provided us with knowledgeable, timely and friendly service. They even detected and corrected improper original duct work during the installation. Wow! What a difference, we now have a quiet, efficient unit as well as increased airflow. We truly appreciate you're A+ Quality Service!

I used Patriot for a spring tune-up. Two months later my AC unit caught on fire. I called Patriot and never got a call back. I called another company for repairs. The new company found bare wires that had shorted out. They also found another defect that should have been corrected earlier. I was told this unit showed sloppy workmanship on the spring tuneup.

I have used Patriot for several years and I trusted them 100%. But, last August, my main a/c unit started making some strange sounds, which just happened to occur a couple of weeks after Patriot had come out to fix something else on it. I was told that the unit was 10 years old and I could spend a thousand to have it fixed now, but it would need to be replaced very soon - they quoted around $7k. Before I decided, my sister had me call her repair man - a friend of hers. He came out and told me that my fan blades had been bent and were rubbing against the housing, causing the loud sound. He took it out and had it fixed - cost $70. He also told me that my unit looked great and should last another 10 years. It has been six months and is still working great. I think I will be calling my sister's friend from now on!

On-time and billed as estimated. Patriot Mechanical called the manufacturer and got the needed part replaced free under the warranty. Good service and good people always make paying for needed repairs a little bit easier. Will use Patriot in the future.

We called Patriot Mechanical on the advice of a friend to fix our a/c that went bust on 100+ F day. No faulting the arrival time. However, diagnosing and fixing the problem were a total different story. We spent close to $800 and we still had to spend a night without a/c. (We were not given a clear break down of cost upfront- turns out we were only quoted for the part and not the labour - it came as quite a shock when it was tagged on). The following day, after replacing the same part 3 times, we had the a/c for exactly 90 minutes before it went bust again. We decided to call someone else and he was there within an hour. He checked everything and replaced a totally different part as Patriot Mechanical. His charge was significant less and he quoted us upfront including his service charges. We now still have a working A/C.

Here at Patriot Mechanical we pride our selfs on customer satisfaction. This was an unfortunate circumstance that we were not given an opportunity to resolve. We installed a new part on this customers unit and it ended up failing a few hours later. Bad part from manufacturer. This customer called at 5:30 on Friday and we responded within the hour and did not charge overtime. They called 2 hours later and said it wasn't working again. We informed the customer that we where sorry and we would return first thing sat morning after part house was open. This unit was very old and had numerous problems due to lack of maintenance. The customer then said it ran for 2 hours after we left but did not call us back to resolve, as we would of responded instantly. Instead we discovered this poor review on Monday morning. Please review everyone of our reviews as to a testament to our track record. Thank you, Patriot Mechanical
I've used Patriot Mechanical now for the past three years and never has it been a let down. The technicians are always on time and very friendly. I never feel like I am being over-priced or taken advantage of. I would highly suggest that if anyone is having a/c or heating problems that they call Patriot Mechanical first. You won't be disappointed, I promise you!

I called Christian on Monday afternoon to see when I could schedule a checkup on our air conditioning units. Christian said he could be at my home at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, and at 8:01 a.m. Christian was here. This is the second year I've had Christian check the units and both times he has been prompt and thorough, doing only what was necessary. I would use this company for any air conditioning/heating needs. Good, friendly, honest, dependable service.

Phoenix...111 degrees...and no AC, not a good combination. One quick call to Patriot Mechanical was an easy fix. The technician returned my call and set up an appoint for that day. He set up the appointment window for 1 hour. Many other companies say we will be there 'sometime today'. He explained to me what he found, and quickly solved the issue. I found the pricing to be fair, and the repair was completed within 1 hour. Thank you so much. Melissa

Chris was a pleasure to work with, called to keep me apprised of his arrival and took the time to explain what was going on, and the costs to fix my AC. He was nice to my cat. For the first time, I didn't feel like a service had taken advantage of my time or money. He even gave me referrals for a couple of other services I need. Since they came from him, they will be the first guys I call. He also told me,in a "no pressure" way, of a possible service contract to save me $ on my AC and make sure it is taken care of. Really above and beyond excellent customer service. If you need something done, call Patriot.

I contacted Patriot Mechanical about a repair to my 25 year old Kenmore Dryer. The repair was completed on time and Christian quoted and delivered the repair right on the Standard rate price. Great value ... great job.

As Christian's sales rep for American Standard air conditioning equipment I am prod to have him as a customer. He exemplifies everything that a great services provider should be.
