If you go looking for a customer service resolution from a manager, be prepared to not only explain yourself, but to defend yourself against the over exaggerated stories of the 16 year-old employees. I was accused of yelling, being rude, and making the interaction so unpleasant as to leave an employee "shaking from her encounter with me." I was more appalled by the reaction of the manager (Mary) and her need to defend her employees than to resolve the situation. I would say that I should keep audio recording of my next encounter to keep the story straight, but I won't be going back. Not to the Avon location, or any other location of Pat's Cleaners- even if I do have a stupid coupon.
