Paul Rice and one of his realtors (Juan Smith) were involved on the buyer's side when we were selling our home. The buyer apparently wanted out of the contract so their team used deceptive and unethical tactics to break the contract. They failed to do an inspection on the house but then attempted to postmark and hand deliver an inspection to our house 2 days after the inspection period was over. They then released the Escrow payment (illegally) to their client prior to our knowledge. In the end we had to sue to receive the Escrow (which we did not b/c the escrow was too little). We learned from our mistake. I would never trust anyone from this realtor as Paul Rice himself supported his real estate agent's unethical behavior.
