As a painting contractor I have relationships with many realtors, many of which I owe favors to. I painted Paul's home and over heard him speaking with his cutomers and was impressed with his willingness to work for his clients. I chose to hire him instead of realtors I have known for years. I was a difficult customer and inspite of my many request and endless questions Paul continued to strive to serve any way he could for my brother and I. He is a creative problem solver, and a profesional by any measure. I will recommend him as often as I have the opportunity.

I was drawn in by the information on Paul's web site, but in person I found him unprofessional, foul-mouthed, and unhelpful. Drop the Glengary, Glenross routine and try to seem more genuine. He wasted our time telling us about things that did not and could not apply to us and then quickly became disinterested when we said we had been turned down by one lender. On top of that, when he ushered us out, he asked us to refer our friends. I also was turned off by the fact he owns tons of domain names, not just cheap phoenix homes .com cheap chandler homes .com cheap tempe homes .com cheap gilbert homes .com The list goes on and on. To me this suggests a specialty in your area of the city, when he really owns them all.

I apologize if I offended you, arcwil, with my honesty and my up-front personal approach to real estate, but my only goal with meeting with prospective home buyers is to give them information to help make good real estate decisions. I am truly sorry that you are not happy with my real estate practice. It can be a bit more difficult to help prospective home buyers when s/he has been turned down by one lender, but I always give home buyers at least 3 lenders to compare/contrast for various loan options and a plethora of information, even after s/he has been turned down for a loan prior to meeting me. I am uncertain why arcwil is so upset but I pride myself on being honest, ethical, professional and very helpful with interpreting and practicing real estate. It is true, however, that you can't please everyone, and the other reviews I have here and on my Web site, share with you much more positive reviews of me and my real estate practice. I hope prospective home buyers will consider them and me as their Buyer's Agent. Thanks.
As a Home Inspector I have worked with many Real Estate Agents in our Great State, Paul is by far one of the Best Realtor s out there. Paul's customers' interest always come first, his professionalism's is second to none; bottom line is he truly cares. I would be horned to recommend Mr. Weldon to anyone from a First time buyer to the experiences investor. Paul Weldon really caries about his People!

Thanks, Nick. Your kind words are very appreciated.
I had a great experience with Paul Welden. He took the time to get to know me and my needs, then helped me find the perfect house. He was always there, answering questions and giving advice, but never telling me what to do. I had a bad experience with a previous real estate agent, who was interested in her commission not whether or not I was in a money pit. I recommend Paul to all of my friends and will be using him the next time I buy a house!

Hi Debra. I remember that you were not receiving the service and information you needed from another agent prior to meeting me. I am happy that you allowed me to be your Buyer's Agent for your first home purchase. I know that I continue to assist you and your partner with your real estate questions and needs and I hope I can continue to do so for many years to come. Thanks for the nice review.
Its been a year since Paul helped me with the purchase of my condo! First home buyer and Paul kept me calm through the process, even when I was about to loose it!!If you need a realtor, he's the best! Ronnette Freitas

Hi Roni. I enjoyed helping you to buy your first home by giving you the information you needed to make good decisions. It definitely is a bit nerve-racking to buy a home but you hung in there and did it! Congratulations to the best floral designer in the world. If you need flowers or a floral arrangement, go see Roni at Safeway (Elliot/McClintock). She is the best floral designer!
Paul was a great Realtor for me and my family. He was very patient with me and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Paul and will use him again if or when I ever need a Realtor.
Hi Judy. I remember all the places we looked at and the great deal you got on your first home. I am so happy that you allowed me to be your Buyer's Agent to help you buy your first home. Thanks for writing a nice review of me and my real estate practice.
What can I say about Paul Welden other then he rocks. He stuck with me selling my condo for 2.5 yrs. I also had to buy a home at the same time so he made the paper work for both transactions which were going at the same time very easy. I would highly reccomend him to anyone. Thanks Michelle
Hi Michelle. I actually miss seeing you every week, like we did for 2.5 years when I was helping you sell/buy your home. The patience you taught me is priceless and I am forever grateful for your friendship and your trust. Thanks for allowing me to be your Buyer's Agent. (Yo, Lampe!)
Paul understood my needs as a buyer and he did everything he could with MY best interests in mind. He is full of energy, worthy of his accomplishments, and very knowledgable about the industry. I strongly recommend giving him the chance to earn your business!
Hi Chris. Thanks for the positive review and for allowing me to be your Buyer's Agent. I know it was tough looking for and buying your first home, especially with your school and work schedule. But you hung in there and did it! Congrats and you can always call on me for any real estate questions, comments and/or concerns.
