After reading the reviews, I decided to try this groomer since they're closer to my home. The first time they did a wonderful job and was a little cheaper than the groomer I had been taking my Bichon Frise to. The second time I noticed after I got gome that they cut my dog on the underside (near his private) with the clippers. I figured accidents happen, although I never had any accidents with my other groomer, so I took my dog back for a third time. After the third time, I didn't notice anything wrong immediately, but after a few days my dog kept scratching at his ear and whining. This kept going on for a few days so I took him to the vet. The vet asked if I had him groomed lately, which I said yes. The vet said that, in addition to not plucking all the hair out of his ear, they got water in his ear, which caused an infection. $110 later and week of antibiotics, I will not be going back to Paws Place.

We have two large collies with the thick undercoat. The entire gang at Paws Place, are one of the few groomers who take the time to brush all the way through their entire coats! The dogs come home clean and silky, perky and happy - and all for a really fair price! They are terrific groomers!
