Loved This Place Until it Changed Hands
We used to frequent Paw's Playhouse until the management and staff changed. And especially when it changed over to "Camp Woof"..everything seemed to go downhill. The customer service is terrible now. You no longer feel that warm and fuzzy feeling when you walk in and people know your dog (if you've been going there a lot). The last time I took one of our dogs for day care the staff was sitting around outside smoking cigarettes and messing on their phones. While I was checking in I noticed one of those people (from outside) came in and went to one of the dog rooms. I noticed on the cameras that until then, it didn't seem like there was anyone with the dogs! I asked the person checking us in ."I thought there was someone with the dogs in the playrooms at all times?". She responded that "there is"and pointed to the girl on the camera (the same one who was outside taking a cig brake previously!??). The grooming there is terrible as well now. Sad :( We switched to Wag a Lot in Decatur. Little pricier, but I trust the staff there much, much more!

Paws Playhouse... Service sucks.
Awful service. The owners are NEVER there and the place is managed by what appears to be an incompetent teenage couple. The "puppy cam" is rarely working, and the last time I boarded my dog, they never recieved their medications and came back with a severe case of kennel cough and puncture wounds on her neck. Never bording with them again.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
We have our dogs shaved every summer. I found Paws Playhouse online and it was closer than the other place we went to, so I decided to try it. Big Mistake! There hair is very uneven and I will have to put sunscreen on parts of their bodies to keep them from burning. One of my dogs is bleeding rectally. I called to speak to the owner and recieved a call from the groomer instead, telling me that she did not express them and did not know what the problem was. She wanted me to bring him in to see the problem. I am taking a picture incase of infection, but will never go there again.

My dog loves it, but I find the policies rigid
I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and my dog loves daycare. I choose Paws mostly because of the location--it matters because of Atlanta traffic. Ashley the manager is friendly, professional and obviously cares for the dogs, but the owner enforces some rigid policies. I have been late picking my dog up twice in 5 years--most recently, there was an accident close to the facility and I was 5 minutes late. Rather than rewarding my loyalty and understanding the stress of witnessing an accident, they insisted on collecting the last dollar I had in my pocket for the late fee. I understand it is a business, but I have little or no loyalty to Paws. Will only take my dog when she is desperate for exercise--looking to the competition in the area.

Phenomenal Daycare and Grooming!
My two dogs have been using Paws for daycare for years and love it! They always seem like they never want to leave at the end of the day! This past week I decided they should get their first summer cut ever. I thought well lets try the groomers at Paws since they always are so nice when I drop my dogs off for daycare. When I came to pick my pups up from grooming they looked absolutely amazing! They definitely have a lot less hair now which is great for the shedding I have been used to vacuuming up on a weekly basis. My dogs seemed to be strutting in the lobby when they came to greet me! I have always recommended Paws for Daycare and now I HIGHLY recommend Paws for grooming. All in all, Paws Playhouse is Phenomenal!
