Eternally Grateful
My pet recently passed away and I wanted to use the new Paws Whiskers and Wags location in Covington. I saw a post on this website that concerned me. I did some research and found that this business has never been to court. Please, whoever posted the misinformation, get your facts straight before you post. This is a very sad time for me and I depend on true information, as would anyone who is trying to take care of a loved one.
Paws Whiskers and Wags did an amazing service for me and I will be eternally grateful.

lost my pets ashes
The company in conyers lost my pets ashes and refused to return my money so I sued and won $680. Currently I am suing the vet that case is pending.

Amazing
After a bad experience at another facility I found these wonderful people. I can't say enough about how great they are. I walked in one day without an appointment to inquire about the services & was met by Lisa, who understood the loss I was about to have & the state of mind I was in. She spent time with me, gave me a tour & within a few minutes I knew I was in the right place. She even had suggestions on food to feed my sick dog. The cremation day was filled with kind gentle people who understand the human animal bond. You can be present for as much or as little of the cremation as you want. Nigel greeted me with a smile & kind words & I knew I could trust him with my dog. Lisa remembered me immediately & they were ready for my appointment without any confusion or hesitation. Jill brought me my baby in her urn with respect, gentleness & took time to sit with me & talk. I thought the tasteful bag was a great way to take my baby home, and kept her locket of fur and my pet loss support items, etc. all together in one place. They did not charge me extra for same day service, and I felt at home waiting for the procedure to be done in their lovely waiting room. Bless Christine for founding this facility and the values this crematory has. Bless the staff for what they do everyday. It is such a comfort to know where I will be going with my future pets - it is an important detail in the grief process to know my pets will be taken care of with the respect they deserve. Thank you.

Wonderful but for one detail
Making the decision to euthanize my dear friend was very difficult. I called the 24hr service at PWW and the gentleman I spoke to was great. Very gentle and accommodating. When I ultimately brought my friend after euthanasia to PWW the woman I dealt with was wonderful. (I want to make it clear that she was really great and respectful in her own right) They are very accommodating. The only issue I found was when I came to pick up the ashes. Months before I had to euthanize another of my pets unexpectedly. I used Deceased Pet Care for the services. They were just as wonderful but with one big difference. When I picked the ashes up from Deceased Pet Care, they had packed the tin nicely in a box. It was labeled with my pets name, my name and time/date of cremation. I also received a certificate of cremation with a short memorial on it. The hair clippings were nicely packaged in a lace-like pouch. The tin was a custom Deceased Pet Care tin. The box was handed to me gently and with a feeling of respect. When I picked up the ashes of my oldest friend from Paws, Wags and Whiskers, the very nice lady came out with a plastic storage bin under her arm. My friends tin lay on it's side haphazardly inside. The hair clippings where taped to a folder, peeled off and all was then placed in a logo gift bag. That was it. I was immediate

The Best Service In The State
The hardest thing to live through is the loss of your best friend. A part of you knows that one day you will have to say goodbye. It has happened to me a number of times and it never gets easy. One thing that eases the pain is knowing that those who care for your pet at the end of their lives do so with as much love as you hold in your heart. Paws, Whiskers, and Wags are those those people. Their care and concern for my beloved made all the difference in the world. There are not enough words of praise.
