I first started going here in 2007 but over the past year it just went down hill. It all started with bows in my dogs hair, they were cute but my dog hated them and the next I took her I asked for no bows, and watched as they wrote "no bows" on her file. When I came to get her - she had bows. After that I noticed they seem to do a worse job how she was groomed. The last time I took her she didn't want to go in, where before she would be so excited to get groomed and they butchered her tail! The whole cut was uneven and in not way the "summer cut" I had asked for. She's black with thick fur so it needs to be short in the summer months. She looked so bad I had to take her somewhere else so they could fix the horrible job done here. We will not be returning!!! Nor will I refer my friends to this place.

I can't provide any information about this groomer's quality, service, or value because I will never use their services. From my first visit to check them out, I thought their approach to running a business was highly unprofessional. My first impression was that they have no problem bad mouthing their competitors and neighbors with unsubstantiated insinuations of wrong doing. When I asked about the veterinarian across the road (who also has a groomer), they implied that the he should be avoided as undesirable, but when asked to elaborate, the best they could come up with was "I don't want to go in to it." In my mind, this suggests that they have no real evidence of wrong doing and this was all they could say without being overtly guilty of slander. It sounded to me like the whole thing was more about sour grapes than anything else. Secondly, when I walked in to check out the place, it smelled worse than a pigsty. Finally, their boarding runs were very small and looked more like a jail than a place I would want to leave my pet. If they are so unprofessional, their place stinks so badly, and their place is so cramped, I can't see why anybody would ever use them.
