I rented a car online and prepaid online for a car rental from 6/12 to 6/17/2015. However, due to my sudden illness, I had to return the car 2 days early on 6/15/2015. The agent at Denver International Airport advised me to call Payless Corporate Office for a refund. I did call a day later and the corporate denied my refund. In the email confirmation, I met the cancellation terms, but still Payless wanted to cheat me with their hidden business tactics. Please stay away from this company: remember cheap always comes with a great loss.
