WONDERFUL JOB - WONDERFUL PRICE!!!

We had a plumbing problem(with the toilet & leaking pipes) and Payless came right out & fixed the problem at a reasonable price. The technician was very professional & personable. Will definitely be using them in future as well as referring them to anyone looking for quality services.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I am very impressed with this company's overall professional service. I recently used Payless Home Repairs for a furnace repair job. Not only did the technician showed up on time, he really knew what he was doing.He was able to diagnose and repair my system in no time and was out the door.Several days afterwards,I received a follow-up courtesy call from their office wanting to if all is well with my furnace.NOW, THAT'S SERVICE !

VERY HAPPY CAMPER

I recently hired this company to do an electrical job at one of my commercial buildings in buckhead. In fact, a friend of mine recommended them to me.I am very happy and satisfied with payless Home Repairs' prompt response,courteous service and overall performance. And the amount billed was very reasonable.I will use this guys again.

Major Rip Off

Payless Home Repairs is a disorganized business that overcharges for minimal jobs. They came to my house to unclog a pipe, they initially took over 6 hours to show up and then did not have the proper equipment to do the job. When they returned it took 10 minutes complete the job and they charged me 655.00 dollars. Consumers please be aware this business does not have your best interest at heart.

VERY MISLEADING,INACCURATE & UNFAIR REVIEW :Picture this Scenario : You call the airline to make a reservation and you were quoted a price which you accepted.You went on the trip and upon your return,you call the airline back & started screaming that you were overcharged and you want to re-negotiate. PLEASE READ ON... This customer called us on 11/19/07 and stated that he had sewage leaking into his front yard and we scheduled the job for next day.Upon arrival , our plumber discovered that the work is more serious than anticipated.He had to come back with a heavy-duty equipment.At that time , we quoted him a price and he ACCEPTED. Our plumber came back and completed the job.Customer gave us a check but he called us back on 11/29/07 to complain that we overcharged him and that he put a stop-payment on the check.We asked him if he has any problem with the job we did and he said the work was great and that the plumber did an excellent job.He told us he wanted to meet with us and negotiate a price suitable to him. I told him I will call him after talking with the plumber. I called him on 12/03/07 and explained our option(s) to him in the strongest possible tone I know.He assured me that he will send a replacement check. I have no doubt about him sending us this new check as I already explained the consequence(s) of him NOT paying us for the service he received. However,Payless Home Repairs reserve the right and will not hesitate to exercise this option to the fullest extent of the law.As of this posting 12/05/07,we have not been paid.Now , WHO RIPPED OFF WHO? You be the judge UPDATE! !!! Check dated 12/5/07 was received on 12/08/07.

Water Line Repair

Quick to give estimate, which seemed fair and reasonable and included repairing sidewalk to front door (which had to be cut away for repair). Promised to return day after pipe repairs to do sidewalk; didn't show. Had to call for return/complete, but didn't act as if that were part of the job originally bid on. Did complete repair to satisfaction. Left big mess in yard, driveway, and chunks of cement on sidewalk. Pipework � Great; Clean-up � Poor.
