I contacted this company on a day when the weather was severely cold. Clarice started by quoting me the rates and ended with a simple telphone diagnosis of my problem saving me possbily hundres of $$$. They will have my future business and that of all my friends,honestly.

I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. They said they would come on a Monday and then could not. They scheduled me a second time for a 2-4PM appointment and then showed up at 5. I had confirmed that appointment 3 times. When the man showed up he told me they never make appointments for the time I was scheduled and that the woman who made my appointment knew that. He then dropped and important wire behind the wall and said he would get it next time. My heat is still broken and now it is costing more montey because he made it worse, and during their hours, they will not answer the phone or return the messages I have left for them. Save yourself the trouble and call ANYONE else.

The front office is very professional and does follow-up on their promises. However, the technician who came to fix my A/C lacked people skills. When he consulted with me after he fixed it, I had the feeling that he was only looking for more business. On top of it all, my heat doesn't work now that he "fixed" my A/C.
